In order to reduce the risk of mist accumulating on the patio shades, furniture and carpet when in use, I want to extend my existing misting nozzles and direct them away from my patio. It was pleasing to find that there was no noticeable cracking in the nickel plating anywhere in the radius of the bend, showing that the plating is also of high In order to prevent water mist from corroding copper exposed because of cracked or flaking plating, make sure that all air vents are kept clear because water mist can eventually collect and patina copper. I checked to make sure none of the nozzles were clogged or malfunctioning after I had installed all extension tubes and nozzles and turned on the water. It was a pleasant surprise in light of some of the reviews on Amazon of other bargain nozzle vendors who offered nothing but malfunctioning nozzles out of the box. My experiences with the new extension tubes and nozzles so far have been very positive, even though I have only used them for a short time. I am happy with the quality and fit of the nozzles as well as the mist they create. They come with a 12. 0" orifice. If they hold up well over the long run (considering how brutal the summers in Arizona can be), I will continue to use them.
