As soon as it arrived, the package was damaged

I received a package that looked like it was in a paper bag covered with mold when it arrived. There was rot in the box, and it smelled like it had sat wet on a shelf for a while. I assumed I could still use it since it is waterproof. There was no such thing. Previous purchases of this product have been made by me. This unit didn't come with either a spare element or the removal tool, which makes me believe it was returned.

only tried it for a few seconds and I have to say that it produces fog super fast. My green house is not fully set up yet, but I will be utilizing this more frequently As far as I can tell, it has been smooth sailing
