The size of the photo should be indicated on the site. My Fairy Garden is still packed up due to moving, and I have not yet put it back together. I could imagine it looking cute on a pot as well. This particular one was set against a tree trunk and led up to it by a little pathway. What a great idea! According to my assumption, it is in the range of The height of this object is 4 inches. Thank you for the information. I hope it helps. I am Linda
As I leaned them against the tree, I gathered them together. Near the root area, there was a kind of 'hole' and I covered that up. The stand has held up, has not fallen over at all in strong winds, and looks so I am in love with
It is a nice weight, and I've had it on a tree stump for a very long time without the color fading, but it hangs on a nail or screw ( included in the box ).
Before exposing it to the weather, be sure to give it a couple coats of polyurethane. The liquid nails I used were from Despite its smooth bark, my tree has very rough edges. The setup process takes a long time. The 2x4 was positioned against it until the next day after it was held for about 10 minutes. There have been no issues with the product so far.

There's nothing better than a little door you can fit snugly between roots 'Secures' to trees in a folded or twisted manner. As you watch your children enjoy it, you will be reminded of the whimsical magic you experienced as a child. As you can see from the picture, it arrives just like it appears in The children spent the evening in the backyard around the fire and doing a 'happening' upon the door in the tree. They speculated as to what the fairies looked like, how many lived there, what they wore, and if they sang or danced. The dreams and talks we have about them are woven into our nightly routines. We want our children to have fond memories of us. It's nice to see you again, magic It has been a while since we saw.
This is a little piece I bought to attach to my tree outside, it's subtle and tiny. The picture worked and it looks fine. However, if you don't have an electric drill to make a hole for screws, there is no way to attach it (or hang it, for that matter). It should have been clarified in the description since it was not. My drill has a bit of torque and I was able to attach it to the tree with a screw. Although I should have been notified - or it should have been fitted prior to my arrival. What person would buy a door that stands up on its own?.
I was pleasantly surprised by the shipping experience. The door is so cute. As a surprise for my 5 yr old, I bought the figurine to show her the fairy living in our back yard. 1) I was very disappointed that the door did not open from the molding surrounding For us to see what was in the tree, we had to make up some elaborate story about how only the fairy could open it. I love it. It would be nice to have opted to pay a little more and just get a fairy home instead. It turns out that we did build a fairy house out of pop sickle sticks and rocks, but the door is not attached well. A mom fails to do the right thing.
I was delighted to deliver the package to the recipient. The gift recipient was very happy with the gift. It is not fancily made, but is cute. this idea of fairies doors, and was thrilled to find it for such an affordable price. This would be a great inexpensive gift for any gardener or other nature lover you know with plenty of.
I can't wait for spring so I can set up my little fairy garden outside. Then I will add polyurethane to this for added protection against the elements before I do so, as per the recommendation of another reviewer.
My favorite fairy garden door is this one. There's a lot of weight to it. I've put it in the dirt below my patio this summer and it's taking up just the right amount of space, with the mail slot and painted moss and vine. It's perfect for the 2 to 3 foot pine tree stump I'm putting in the dirt. The tree stump will be covered with moss, and a pathway will be constructed with gravel rocks leading to the front door, where the windows will be painted. If you put a little red rusted medal bike leaning against the stump near the door, it will look cute too, along with a squirrel, pinecone, and perhaps a little wooden.
This is a very small animal. I expected it to be much bigger than this. It was much smaller than I expected, despite the fact that I was really looking forward to it before I came While the pictures make it seem larger than an average garden gnome, this is actually much smaller than it appears. You won't be able to see it on your own. As long as it's part of a larger display, it probably won't cause any problems.
Her love/hate relationship with the garden began after she hid it in my sister's large yard. My sister took her months to find it and loved it for months. Here are a few new yard tools I left, as well as other miscellaneous items You don't know what's going on. The evil scheme of gnomanation I have in mind fits well with this well-crafted, outdoor device.
