The following are characteristics of cheap quality It is an alternative
3/5

It lights up but the build quality is extremely poor, as others have noted. I previously noticed that there was damage to the seals in a couple of lamps. I unscrewed the cap to change the lens color, and found that more than a few of the covers were folded over and not seated properly. Moreover, I doubt very much that they would stay watertight underwater over time. Equally, there is a problem with the circuit board with LEDs mounted to it that does not fit well Because of that, it will point in a strange direction. I would classify these lights as consumer grade toys instead of making a statement that they are a professional quality product that will last a lifetime. In spite of spending a significant amount of money and time building my pond and waterfall, I wanted something more spectacular. In the end, I decided to use these blue and green marine lights for my waterfall and pond. The pieces are rated IP68, which means they won't leak when submerged. They are reasonably priced for the brightness they produce and don't produce a lot of heat.

This is a great set of lights
5/5

I love how these lights look. I got them earlier than I anticipated. There are two feet of water in my pond. If you place them at a deeper depth, some light is lost. It looks so fantastic to have two of them at the surface of the water (the blue ones) and one at the bottom of the waterfall (the green one). It's easy to change the The next step is to see if they hold up.

A revised review has been published It is less than a year since I was burnt A year later, here we are! While they lasted, this was a good deal
3/5

We have had this problem for a little under a year now, and now only 2 of the 3 lights are on. There are no problem with the other units since they are all connected, but just one will not turn Which makes me wonder if the others will be out soon. The quality of this product is disappointing. ***Please note that the original review is from Amazon****. **** Prior to making my purchase, I reviewed many fountain/pond lights here on Amazon and at the local hardware store. Based on price and good reviews, I decided on The timers have been set up and working for about a few weeks now. So far they have worked perfectly. like that they produce a decent amount of light for being LEDs at a low wattage. To add what colors you prefer to your lenses, you have the option of color lenses. It just seems to me that these are a 5 This would be an excellent item if they included RGB SMD 5050 led chips that can be found in almost any ambiance lighting strip in a car footwell or under the kitchen cabinets. They would be inexpensive to make, provide decent light output, and be low powered. You can change the color, dim it, or switch through modes and functions with just an IR remote control!) The rest of them are still a nice set and feel good as long as they keep working.

This sensor is inferior to the photocell sensor
3/5

As part of the order, I received a photocell sensor with 3 lights. I installed the lighting system on a concreted 3 tier fountain the very next day, and the lights decided not to work. Upon investigation of the system, I discovered that the dusk to dawn photo sensor was very warm to touch, but it actually had stopped working, so it was not able to turn on the lights. In checking other reviews, I found that other users have experienced similar problems with Jabao's photocell sensors. I felt it was not worthwhile to take the heavy fountain apart again after the trouble I had going through to install the light system, so I cut the electrical lines at each end of the photosensor and spliced them back together again (without the photosensor) and everything began to work It is my intention to purchase and mount a small weatherproof 12V sensor on it. It would be greatly appreciated if Jebao would contact me and offer some kind of response for my loss of funds and time because of their very poor products.

Lights that are awesome
5/5

According to our understanding, these would last for only one party and be thrown away. Over a year ago, I installed them in the direct sunlight of the Arizona desert in a fountain. Even though they have never failed, they still come on every time I flip the switch. It was said by a landscaper that they would last as long as the color filters don't need to be changed. The reason I have never changed the color filters is because it breaks the seal around the light, and your seal will never be snug enough to work again once you change the color filters. As for the lights, I like them, and I recommend them, just in case I want to store a couple of backups.

You'll only be able to purchase this Imersable Lighting Set! Waterfalls and ponds have been a part of my life
5/5

Lighting sets have always been my weakness. I have bought so many in the past. It's a bit different from what you're used to. In addition to LED bulbs, a transformer and plug are also included. When it comes to outdoor lighting, this brand is the best, especially when it comes to use in the In addition, I paid around half of what I paid for my old ones on.

Compared to other brands, some changes were made
5/5

In the past, I have had these types of underwater lights in my pond. As they leak after a year, most fail after that time. After buying these and modifying them in accordance with the suggestions here, I returned them. I glued the gasket together first, and then glued the lens, then put on the retaining ring with clear silicone. It does not appear that the locks on these models are very tight. I then cut off the connector from the wire and stripped it so I could hardwire it into my low voltage light wires that ran near the pond so that power and timer functions would be Since now pond lights are connected with the rest of the landscape lighting, there is no need to power an additional outlet or set a timer. At night, the lights are bright white and look very nice. It remains to be seen if the price is right, but for the money I'd like to take a shot.

You will not see colored lights with them, though they do work
4/5

Jeabao's fountain lights do not have a long lifespan in my experience but they have a limited lifespan after a while. I have to buy a new transformer every few years as I find the transformers wear out. With one exception, it works perfectly well. It is nearly impossible to see anything through the three colored lenses they provide. The only light you get is white light, with only a faint hue of color (which isn't even consistent with the color of the lens, because the LED's are blue, so whatever tint you get is a mix of that and whatever color of the lens the LED is). As the Jeabao lights are expensive for what they are, it is the least they can do to provide good lenses.
