For a test, I wanted to see how good each of these is before I decide what outdoor lighting I really need. Whether it is in a pool, pond or on the table, they offer nice low lighting effects. The light they emit is not bright enough to provide They do not intend for that to happen. By having the light reflected by the water movement, they cast really beautiful light across the pool, which reminds me of They were a wonderful combination of colors and lights. The time has come for more orders. The purchase was good. I give it five.
The pros are I have them on my front porch (west facing) and they are getting much less direct sun than recommended per day. They worked right out of the box and lasted for 11 hours. It still takes about 5 - 10 minutes for them to die They allow me to enjoy them for more than 6 hours, which is more than enough time. The plants will be moved in the morning so they can get full sunlight and I will see if that makes the plants last longer. My favorite thing about them is that they are so cute. Negative features This is a big problem for me as the lights often change colors. If it were only a little slower, it would be great. My two packs are the only ones I purchased. It would have been nice to have purchased They didn't have a pool at the last con. I love it!.
Simple to operate, these floating pool lights provide a great experience. You simply need to push the watertight switch on top of the light and through it into the pool to turn it on and off. As it floats, the colors change based on the energy being delivered by the solar panel. An average softball is the size of these insects.
My pool has been in need of solar lights for a long time and I highly recommend these! My favorite part is how quickly they charge and the way they change colors. When I found them a couple of days later, they were still lit! They'd been in the bottom of the bin for two days before I found them, and they were still lit! The order will be placed again in the near future, and I will definately recommend this product.
They turn upside down and don't work and water is getting The candles were kind of pretty from a distance at night, but I would not buy them again. I sat them at the edge of the spa.
My 18' built-in Doughboy pool came with enough pack for 2 people. Sorry to hear that! While it was not very bright, when there were two operating at once, it was fine. They were tethered to the pool ladder with a rope so they wouldn't float into the opening of the skimmer. After running out of return time, worked for about a month (few days longer than what I was expecting)
The first one was okay for a month, but then stopped There was water inside the globe that I noticed when I opened it up. A seal is supposed to be on this! On the opposite bottom there is a leak at where there is a rubber covered on/off button- The underwater part stays under water! I had trouble getting it to work. I was able to use the second unit for about two months after the first one! As I looked in the ball, I saw condensation inside it! I experienced it for another 2 days and it also quit! Almost every part of the guts was rusted or corroded. This is not my cup of tea! $20 is a waste. I have no idea what the seller was talking about with regards to being leakproof, but these were definitely not. What is new and improved in this description? (see description #1) Not at all! There was no answer from customer service when I tried to contact them. You can't return it because Amazon says it's past the return period! Chinese crap at its cheapest! Purchase a quality solar pool light instead of spending a lot of money. If anyone does find one out there, let me know (comment on this post!) I'd like to find one that lasts more than 2 months. A season is not enough I hope we get more!.
An easy way to make floating balls of light. Solar charge, so you can set it and forget it. The colors on mine only seem to rotate through the As long as they're white and set to nothing and just left to be white, they'll probably die.
One has already taken on moisture, so it's just a matter of time before it happens. It was expensive in that regard, so the value for money was poor. No safety value is provided by these. There is no sense in lights just because of lights. Kids like swimming in the dark when they throw them, but they get frustrated when they cannot find I don't think you want to get hit on the head with one of these. -) There's a lot of play between the dogs and they like to chew on them. At the end of the day, they are balls.
I think it may be a little I believe that. The pool is not really where I use them One evening, I placed the candles on the table but decided it would look better with the lights on. As small as they are, they are not as impressive if you have a large pool. They are much more effective when placed on a table for people to observe during a friendly gathering. The switch is very difficult to operate, even though the switches are supposed to be easy to use. It takes a lot of pressure to make them last longer, and it is only time that can tell if they will.
