Questions & Answers
There is no mention in the description, but the sticker on the plastic cover on which this item came said "Made in China.". Knowing that I was going to get a high grade would have helped me.
The answer is YES. My mailbox has 2 small holes on the bottom of each side, so I drilled 2 of them on each side, then positioned the cover, poked a hole in it, then put a small plastic zip tie through the hold to fasten the cover on. The covers are very cheap and fade very quickly, so having double-sided tape on the boxes would probably make it more difficult to change the cover if it needs to be changed in the future. Since I was a teenager, I have done things this way and always have. The issues have been resolved.
I think the one we have is ok. It's been a month since ours was delivered. If you are interested in purchasing, contact
We have published three covers so far. Metal mailboxes that are painted in the factory are ours. The magnetic backing should be able to adhere as it is quite Furthermore, zip ties are provided in four holes so that it can be affixed to the bottom of the box should that be necessary. Return it if it is not what you want. Despite living in South Florida, the only complaint we have is that we get only 6 hours of sleep a night. In 8 months, the colors will fade because of the sun.

It initially appeared that the mail box cover would be bright and attractive It is indeed quite attractive, but the eagle head and American flag stripes have been completely washed away by the sun, wind, and rain. There is still peeling of the remaining colors. There is no way around it. This company has provided me with no cover that I would like to buy again.
I love the way this looks on my mailbox. So far, it seems to stick quite well, since it is made entirely of magnets. Sadly, it was not able to survive the weather. After a while, it started to peel badly. My one-month use of the photocopier ended with a trash bag full of paper.
Beautiful looking mailbox cover, but the print seems to be peeling off after only a few In addition to that, patterns are fading. Our town is not in a desert or the summer has been very severe, so the weather conditions have been relatively mild. The next time we buy, we won't do so.
It didn't even last 3 months! I purchased one from another company and it lasted for 3 years before it started to fade but never peeled like this one did. An update
The magnetic cover had been melted to the mailbox as I removed it. I have never seen this happening before because every morning the sun comes in my mailbox. I had to use a putty knife to remove the sun spot.
Though this is a beautiful cover, it does not seem to fare well against the elements. At the end of May, I put this on my mailbox, and at the end of September I replaced it. In addition, nearly all of the very top was peeling off when I removed it. Beautiful, but just doesn't stand up to the test of time.
I was surprised at how vivid the colors were. The magnetic materials are heavy duty, which made it feel really good to hold. The top went on easily, and the folds were easily smoothed out. It was easy to work with, I only had to cut out a little notch on the top of the box for the snap closure, but I could have left it that way. It is too soon to tell if the durability will persist, but we will find out over time. To keep up with the changing seasons, I am going to order one or two more.
The item comes double folded, and there was a small hole or tear when the end creased twice due to the double folding. Using common sense though, the manufacturer should not have folded it. I wasn't concerned with it, but it was still not the best packaging. You may wonder where it was made, but look where it came from. There was no further action needed in this case. Moreover, it will fade and peel very quickly. It does not have a high quality.
How long it lasts will have to be seen. There was a crease in the cover that was impossible to remove. In the end, this resulted in a "tent-like" structure A gap appears when we put the mailbox cover on top, when the top of the mailbox is covered. Our mailbox is not well suited to the cover. In order to get it to fit, the tent needed to be adjusted a number of times On the top, there is still a gap. A well-done piece of art is displayed on the magnetic cover, which appears to be I like the way it looks.
