What is this made of. ?

There are no parts missing. You only need to attach it to a wall or something else with a nail or screw.

Can you tell me the size of the tub ?

Tubes about the size of a ring finger. I haven't had any wood bees move in yet, but they seem about right.

Are wasps able to get into them? In the nearby area, there are numerous wasps, and we don't want them taking over our bee house as they do with our bird house. ?

About a month ago, I buried it in the garden bed (but not hung it). The bug house doesn't appear to be inhabited by wasps. In my opinion, it is too small for wasps to make a nest in, and they would have to peer in through a small opening.

The house is really cute

2 of these were already mounted on the fence, which was the second one I installed. In almost no time at all, they were occupied. I am so glad that I found the right area in the garden for these insects to live. All holes have been filled with dirt. There is a possibility that the tubes might tumble out if the house is tipped forward, but replacing them is an easy and straightforward process. This is something I will be getting more of.

I am surprised at how small the book is

Compared with what I expected, this is much smaller. A lot of shine is on the metal roof. Even though it doesn't look great right now, I almost want to scuff it up or glue some moss on it. I have been hanging them for a few months, hoping to attract carpenter bees that love the wood on my shed to them. It is much too small for them to fit through the holes on the house. They are however a favorite with spiders and they are usually covered with webs. The little tubes will end up as dinner for whatever tries to stay in them through the night. I think this is a great bug hotel, it's cute and looks great. This has been hanging up for months and no one has used it yet. There will be a change of location and I will see if it generates more success there. In the present, I have it in a shady spot near my garden. Despite the little hotel being present, carpenter bees are still making holes in the deck covering instead of establishing a home.

I like the way it turned out

The quality of this item is excellent, and it is an excellent To make one, I would probably have had to purchase some of the supplies, but I was too lazy to make it myself. Hence, all in all, the amount of money spent probably remained the same. There are a lot of good little scraps of wood used and the metal roof is quite luxurious compared to what I would normally use to build a roof.
