It is super cute to have a butterfly net. The spring will be so exciting with it, she can't wait to use it. It is only the way the net attaches to the pole that is disliked. There is no guarantee that the connection will last for a long period. Wires are attached to the pole at the edge of the net and at the ends of the wire. A little bit of it shakes back and forth, but it's not very strong. cause problems when she tries to catch them, since it may bend if she is not cautious. However, other than that, it was a good purchase, and I am content with it. I did not get a great deal from the seller. Dec. was the date when I purchased it. It was given to me as a gift for Christmas on December 8, 2012. Although it arrived after Christmas, it was not until 2 days after. This is not a happy situation. In an email 5 days before Christmas, I inquired about the item and whether it would arrive in time for Christmas. All they did was mail it without answering my questions. It was too late by the time I received it.
A very sturdy and strong material. I let my granddaughter sand into it when she was at the beach and it held up well. Netting is super strong. I expected it to rip when I opened it. There is only one suggestion I would make maybe the handle could be a little bit longer to catch those elusive butterflies.
This is a favorite of my daughter along with her bug catcher from Melissa and Doug.
It's not for catching butterflies, but it is for the purpose of catching Children and adults will both find this net to be the perfect tool to do their chores. The quality is excellent and the cuteness is excellent!.
I have a three year old who loves this butterfly net more than anything she owns. She runs around the house hunting for things to catch. As well as filling it with toys, she also takes it on hikes. It's always a worry of mine that the net is going to break off or the handle will snap under the weight of the toys she puts in it, but so far.
My 6 year old daughter (and her older brother who usually is rough on things) have had a blast with it. Although they were able to catch a couple of cactus, the plant is still holding up nicely!.
We have had this for several months and it is holding up very Since it's cooler now and we don't have a pool, my daughter is using it to catch bugs as it was intended to do. This is one of the reasons we purchased it to catch leaves out of our small pool in the backyard.
This is like a large wand with a big deep net attached to it. Luckily, we got her some little bugs and snakes to fit in it so she can keep playing with It's possible to find some cute plastic butterflies in a nearby store as well. As an added bonus, I expect that this toy will last a long time and encourage her to use her imagination while playing outside!.
