It wasn't very long before that ended

I got it about 3 weeks ago and installed it and it does not work. My brother called to ask how it was doing and I went to check on it and saw this big hole at the bottom, the bottom of the part didn't crack in half, but the bottom is gone, did the water build and then freeze and fall through not sure very strange. However, it was very pretty, but the quality wasn't great and it didn't last at all. I wouldn't recommend it for spending money.
