It wore through the grommets on both sides (dual feed) with just one spool of cord! What happened to this after it was approved by R&D There is a lot I don't understand about D. Due to the combo pack's design, it is almost impossible to find a replacement part. Luckily, Green Works was able to provide me with the I assume that this is a normal wear and tear issue and so the cost to replace is mine. My first use of the product is that I have just received it. I want to share with you what I learned. There are trees, a pool, and obstacles in my yard, which is a 3/4 acre. I have a deal for you. Trommel works very well with 2 AA batteries, and power is adequate. During the time when the yard is being prepared for summer, 0 AH battery is needed to do the dry grass. After researching electric yard tools for about a week and a half, I decided to try them. Cost was a factor in choosing this bundle, but we also needed it immediately. As a result of the constant rain over the past several weeks, my sidewalks and drive way were overgrown with weeds and debris. Saturday, I spent about an hour weedeating and blowing the lawn with no problems Weed eater and blower ran on the same battery for the entire duration of our task. I decided to purchase the 8" pole saw after I saw how good it is. We again used it for about an hour and a half of work, switched batteries, and then weeded for about 15 minutes more. I just received my fourth item in this line (the extended reach hedge trimmer) and I hurried up and used it for about 5 minutes just to make sure it worked. I also found it to be very useful. My new order is for another battery for my yard, just to get a little bit more help to get the job done. The current battery seems to work fine, nothing remarkable, but I'd like to add the additional battery to help get the job done more quickly.
