What should I use for my older Toro snow blower if I need 32-1 mix?

In this case, it's 50/1, but you could raise it to 32/1 when it's more. There's no need to hire someone to do the matching for you.

Is there a gear starter for the Toro?

It is not clear to me what you mean. For use with Toro 2 cycle machines, this is a gas treatment. For me, it is a trimmer, snow blower, and rake.

Can you tell me if it still matches up with NMMA TCW III- How do I become certified? On the label, there are no indications of this. Moreover, why does the same bottle come in black and white? Is that okay?

This beats me hands down.

Home centers and hardware stores often sell two cycle oils that require you to figure out how much gas to add to get the desired 50/1 The Toro's product comes in containers of one gallon each. The Toro chainsaw, the Stihl snowblower, and the snowplow are all powered by this ratio. I made it easy for you.

This oil is a good deal for two cycles

There is no better bargain for two cycle oil than this. The snow blower and some of my yard equipment are still powered by 2 cycles, so this is a great It arrived promptly and was well-packed.

My trimmer works great with this oil, in fact I can leave a gas can filled with it in the shed for a year and it will still work well when I need it again. Besides preserving gasoline well, it is also corrosion-resistant.

Off-street parking is available as a convenience It may be more expensive to buy a 6 pack, but the convenience of no measuring and mixing, but just pouring a bottle into a gallon of gas makes up for it It determines how much I will be charged extra

It is a great product, but the shipping is not so great

It's a perfect 5 stars for the product, but it's only 3 (average of 4) stars for shipping. Amazon Prime is something I subscribe to, and I expected my order to be delivered within two business days, as I was told it would be. As opposed to shipping it within 4 days, they sent it out 4 days later. Although it wasn't a big deal because we didn't have snow and I didn't need the product, Amazon's premium shipping service should be included regardless of whether you pay for it or not. We are extremely pleased with the product. Snow throwers made by Toro have been around for 12 or 13 years. Starting my equipment using this oil (and 100% ethanol free gas) produces the best results for me. Stihl oil has caused me problems in the past. I used the toro with my Stihl trimmer as well as all my other equipment. You should buy this just to be on the safe side. You would expect that this would be easy to find at your local home depot, as it carries Toro. In spite of that, I expect this pack to last a long time. Make sure you order well in advance just to be safe.

To which you should add oil and other good stuff. The only oil I use in my snow throwers is 2 cycle.

I can use it in any type of weather because it provides protection for my engine. I use my snow thrower in extreme cold weather, so doing so is especially important.
