Questions & Answers

Full synthetic is required for my two-stroke. Is it safe for me to use this?

This is most likely the best two-stroke engine oil available. I'm not sure what kind of equipment you have that needs full synthetic protection, but Red Armor will keep it in top shape.

Is this the number 50? Is this straight oil to make 50:1 as in the smaller containers or is it 1 fuel as in the smaller containers?

It's just oil. 6 oz per gallon (I believe). In most cases, I use 3 or more. 3 to 3. Measuring cups are a pain to work with. They become clogged, and you are unable to read the side level. I simply keep an eye on it.

What will the yield be in gallons?

At 6. For two people, 5 oz. 50 gallons of gas are produced from 5 gallons of gas.

A new concrete saw has been purchased. Is it worthwhile to purchase?

Excellent oil for two cycles. It's in a $9000 paramotor that I use to fly. When I'm up in the air, I need a good oil.

Measurement cup that has broken. It works great, it's the best oil for professional equipment, and it keeps my chainsaws running smoothly. I premeasue the small bottles for travel by refilling them. Because the measuring cup they sent me was smashed to smithereens, I gave them four out of five stars. Why would they put a plastic measuring cup next to such a heavy gallon and expect it not to bubble? It was thrown into a box with everything else.

If you have carbines or old two-stroke equipment, STIHL Synthetic is a better option

As a former mechanic who is now retired, I am astounded at how 8 tank fills of mix can cure ills in neglected machinery. Stabil Marine isn't the only thing that's been neglected over the years.

This is far superior to the small bottles

I used a sharpie to mark the one gallon line because I mix a gallon at a time. I use it primarily in my leaf blower and the motor sounds a little better while running. When I used to use the small bottles, it sounded like it made a noise.
