I bought a new engine, but it won't start. ?

Check that the oil level is correct, that there is fuel in the tank, that it is choked, and that the starter switch is turned on. These are equipped with a low-oil switch that prevents them from operating. You can disconnect this if you're using it on a cart; otherwise, the engine will shut off if you take a hard corner.

Is it the one with the hemi?

There is no way to know which one will be used to fill this order by the warehouse. A hemi is used by one manufacturer, but not by the other. You shouldn't count on obtaining a hemi.

Impossible to destroy

I bought this for use in a go kart and modded it to make it more powerful; on my home made dyno, it produces 21 horsepower. br>That was two years ago. Every other weekend, I use it to drift my go kart, which stays pinned at 5000 rpm for hours at a time while pushing a 220 pound man around an asphalt track. It's gone through five centrifugal clutches, two sets of front tires, three chains, and a dozen wrecks. Throughout it all, it didn't even stutter. I change the oil every 25 hours and spray the tank with a couple of shots of sea foam, but other than that, I don't do anything to keep it in good shape. br>I do it all year, in all kinds of weather. It's impossible to break this thing. This is the engine you've been looking for.
