I believe that this is the right replacement pump for a Honda GCV160
As this pump has a rear outlet/inlet, it will not fit the VR2500 pressure washer with a front outlet/inlet.
The pump I used on my Honda 160 was this one. As far as I can tell, it works perfectly. A 190 was advertised as being compatible with it. The solution must therefore be applicable to
The oil does not need to be changed.

It fit perfectly and works great that I bought it to replace the pump of my Costco Powerstroke PS803155E (2018) pump numbers 308653078 PWV(R)28/2 5HB or PVW(R)28/2 5HB. Attaching it with the original nuts and bolts was a straightforward process. It started spitting oil from the top of the pump when I replaced the original The first thing I thought was that there was an oil leak in the engine. However, the problem was with was unable to find any seal kits for this. I have now replaced it with a new one. It was a good decision. Several reviewers have said that mine came with 5 nozzles, 4 I already had, but they are better quality, and a 5th red nozzle that might have been used to cut a tree down.
Our Troy had worn out, so we replaced it with this The Bilt pressure washer pump is rated at 2700 psi (020486-0204810) A million dollars). I love the fit and function of this watch. The instructions can be found here. This route now routes the hoses out the rear instead of the front, and I feel that this is a better design. Also, I had to move the soap tank for hose routing, but this is minor given that the only exact replacement I could find was over $120, and it was only powered by 2700 psi. So far, this pump has been amazing, great price, and it is working well!.
I am impressed with the pump due to its black coating rather than the bare aluminum that normally is My old pump has different arms and this one has different connections, so I had to use 1/2” nylon spacers to prevent contact between the arms and the bottom of the engine. My old pump also had connections at the front rather than the rear. For me, neither of these were a surprise nor a problem. A lot of the parts seem to be poorly constructed. It took me several attempts to increase the pressure from the previous stock 2800 psi to 3100 psi on my 190 cc engine. It seems like there is less drag on the engine compared to the old pump, and the heat bypass works as it should. As opposed to the old pump, the change from idle to full spray is very smooth instead of a hammering sound. As far as longevity is concerned, I will have to see how it extends, but based on what I have read so far, I think the new version should.
I was amazed by the quality of the product when I held/inspected it. It feels great to have 3100 psi of pressure on my Yamaha. Slice right through the algae on the It's great that soap can be inserted. Also included were 5 extra tips which was a welcome surprise! I received only 4 with my pressure washer. We will give them a try when the time is right. I felt like my job was pretty good here, so long as she stays well. Water should flow through your engine before you start it, and motor should be primed beforehand. No doubt where I made the mistake with the stock pump.
made sure there was a matching spacing and spindle size on the legs and on the It was in fact the legs that matched the pattern, however, the engine protruded below the deck at a slight angle. The clearance between each leg and deck is created by placing 3 steel washers between them. The bolts that shipped with this were too short for the washer spacing, so I had to use the ones that I already had. Well, the pump does get the job done I did not encounter any problems in my first test after installation. The pump will be of great help if it lasts long.
Replacing an old pump is not a problem. My power washer was given new life, after it had been a good machine for a long time but no longer existed. The battery has been using for about a week, so I'm not sure how long it will last, but I would buy another one to have just in case.
The information about water pump replacement would be easier to find if it was more widely available. Are you likely to find this useful? Impossible not to. Is there anything I should know about replacing my current one? Compare the engine size with Does it mean the swap will be identical? I highly doubt it. I think you can work it out fairly easily, though. In my case, I faced in the opposite direction.
The installation is straightforward. Out of the box, it works well. The kit is a direct fit to Honda GSV 190 engines. Like the tip and soap hose that come with it. I will have to see if it is reliable over time, but for now, it looks really good.
