There is no problem with this pump fitting the UT80911 model.
This is the installation I did on my Honda I used 5 HP for 15 minutes, and so far the pump is working well.
A 7/8 inch shaft pump is indeed included with this
Yes, I do! Since the pump generates hot air when it is working, you can use it even in cold weather. In addition to the pressure release feature, Yamatic pressure washer pumps can easily be started and they do not require the user to handle the pressure washer gun trigger in order to reduce the pressure within the engine.

My original pump on my 5 was defective, so I bought this one to replace it. The pressure washer that Craftsman sells is 5 hp. Mounting legs of the pump match the motor mount holes of the gas engine. Due to the length of the motor shaft, we had to use longer bolts and spacers to mount the pump. As soon as I had the pump mounted, we connected the hose and the pump worked flawlessly! The pump delivers better pressure than the We have no problems with the soap injection function.
My Subaru 190V needed to replace its water pump. I purchased this part to do the job. Earlier that day, the Subaru pump was working fine, but yesterday, I decided to perform some maintenance on it and when I tried to remove the "unloader," It was impossible to find a part number for an unloader when I went to buy one, and the ones on the internet do not specify whether they will fit your pump, so you would have to buy five of them in order to find one that does As a result, since I would be out about $80 if I bought them at a cost of $15 each plus shipping, I bought a new pump for just under $70.
I did not need to use any shims as this was an exact match. It might be a good idea to keep the key from the old pump on the shaft then remove it and replace it with the new one. It will fit better, and you'll also have anti-seize, so when the pump eventually fails it will be easier to take off.
A Troybilt pressure washer with a Briggs and Stratton motor was replaced with this pump. The Troybilt pressure washer comes with a rear hose connection and an opening for oil cap in one leg. I could not find a hole for the oil cap on this one, but I can change the oil by tilting it onto its side. This pump bolted right up, but I had to add an extra bolt and washers under each leg to raise it slightly from the bottom of the motor. Apart from that, here are some other details I have no problem with it. On first pull, got the fire going right away. This thing almost jerked out of my hands with how strong it is under pressure. When new, original pump was not as powerful as this one. This past week, I've only been able to use it once before snow arrived, but I plan on getting out to use it as much as I can After my old pump went out, I was only able to use it for washing the car, but I may not get rid of it just yet. It's not too difficult to replace it. Pumps like this one are an excellent alternative to the much more expensive replacements with oil access holes. The back of the box doesn't stick out quite as far as the front but is still easy to reach.
Despite the fact that there are competing replacement water pumps, I chose this one due to the seller description and the accessories included (a shaft key and dimensions specified with precision). At Costco I purchased this pressure washer pump to replace the one that came with my Simpson brand washer. In our case, it turns out that the intake and exhaust valves have been flipped 180 degrees in relation to the bolt pattern matching the Honda engine. My solution was to drill new holes into the cart and frame of the pressure washer, and to rotate the location of the engine. It looks a little silly, but works.
Getting the pump to fit on the motor was not easy because the tangs where it bolts to the motor are much thicker than the OEM pump. With my angle grinder, I removed about 3/8 inch of material because the mounting studs weren't sticking far enough out. However, you have to do it when you are paying 20% of the craftman price. *Now that I have everything bolted up, the engine has been fired up and power washed for about an hour and a half. I was able to use it for 5 hours.
We bought this to replace a leaky one on an ancient Blackmax model #80913A with a 6 1/2 HP Honda motor that had been in service for ten years. Even after rebuilding it, the motor still ran great, so it was a good repair for its price. Other people have mentioned bolt problems, but I did not have this problem. There was no difference in the depth between the mounting legs and the originals. To support the pump flat on the ground as I lined up all the bolt holes, I placed a 2 x 4 underneath. I found that height to be appropriate for my washer. Unless that is the case, an extra person will be needed to hold the pump for starting the first bolt. There are more strides in this pump than in the original model, but the motor seems sufficient in As I mentioned above, I took off a star because the original had a brass component that the new one does not, and a five-star rating should mean the product is perfect. Also, it comes with a new thermal valve, syphon hose, These are some of the extra charges associated with replacement pumps.
In terms of replacing an old pump, this one is a great choice. I would recommend this server because it has lots of power and is really cheap. It was not at all as easy as I thought it would be because of installation. To start with, the bolts given to me with the pump were too short so I had to replace them with longer ones. A second issue was the legs on the pump were too short and hit the frame, so I had to put spacers under each leg to raise it higher and not place all of the legs on the same plane. It was, however, a good deal all in all. I ended up with an excellent pressure washer for less than the cost of purchasing a new unit. Moreover, I believe this is a much better pump.
According to the original pump, the model number is 311039. If you plan on replacing this one, you should know this replacement will not have the hole for the oil drain plug on one of the legs. Additionally, this is a rear mount (as it clearly states in the description) so the hoses will come out the back and may interfere with the In any case, neither of these were a huge deal for me as I already removed the chemical bottles. Tipping the engine over and draining the oil out of the fill hole is another easy way to change the engine oil. One last retrofit I had to make was to add some washers to the spacing to make it easier to bolt it tight. A total of four washers were used in two places on each bolt. The bolt is mounted tightly and seems to be working. For half the cost of a direct replacement I am happy with the result. It is also important to note that the pump has an adjustment function, so if you have a problem running your engine (too much power), you can adjust it down until you are able to utilize it.
