Questions & Answers
It doesn't have the power to drive this pump because the engine is too small.
Installation direction may be different, but the part should fit. Before buying, please make sure you know how to install it.
This should work as long as the shaft is the same size and the bolt pattern is the same. There may need to be a washer between the frame and the pump.

There is no reason to think that this item is made in the United States.
I installed it today and it works fine. In my unit, the feet on the pump are so thick that I had to put three washers between the new pump and the frame for fillers. I noticed an absolute difference in pressure when I switched from my old pump to the new one, which was a 2600 PSI. Despite its simplicity, this performs extremely It took me one point off the "easy installation" rating because I had to purchase washers to fit it. In regard to longevity, I took 2 stars away since I have no idea how to rate it There is a picture on one page that claims that it is made in the USA in bright red letters, but all the other text is in black, which causes me to take 2 stars off the rating. According to what I've now discovered, it might be the thermal release valve they're speaking of. It was a pump I would have bought anyway, but since I was told it was made in the USA, it became even more special. There is no doubt that the pump is excellent. I would have given the book all 5 stars if the misleading quote were taken off.
Despite rebuilding the old one and using new seals, I still had leaks. Instead of buying the new longer bolts first, I should have bought this first. It is slightly thicker than OEM because of the aluminum flange. Because it is inconvenient to work underneath the washer, lining up the shaft can be a little tricky. After I put it on my bench, it was much easier to work with. It's said that these pumps only last for 50 to 100 hours, which is about what I had with my old pump. It wasn't until I used this one that I realized just how tired it was.
The installation is really quick and takes no longer than 3 to It is only a matter of three I bumped up the pressure by a few hundred pounds per square inch. With only three hours of use, the product seems to be performing well so far. To make your pump last as long as possible, keep these three tips in mind It is a good idea to spray and not let the machine run for a long 3.
To start the engine, pull the trigger and let the air out of the hose after turning on the water.
There was no need to modify the 6 since the pump bolted directly to it. A 5 HP Briggs and Stratton engine This engine has a 7/8" diameter and two keys as well as all new hardware. It came with a new harness strap. The 5/16-inch was just too short, so I had to buy one It was a long shank that was needed than the one offered in the hardware package, so I used an 18 x 3 1/2" long socket head cap screw. As a spacer between the pump and the bottom of the engine, you may need to use 3 thick 5/16" galvanized washers at each bolt location. These washers will prevent the pump from riding against the bottom of the engine. Three additional dollars were needed to purchase the spray nozzles contained in this kit. It was well worth the $800 cost.
I have a pressure washer and this is just perfect for it. It works like a brand new product. One word of advice do not adjust the pump pressure. Make sure your nozzles are the right size for the pressure you need. It is this that determines how much pressure your power washer will have. As opposed to the original, the rear connections are much easier to use and make the pump operate both more efficiently and more smoothly. Make sure you add some anti-virus as well Before installing the pump, grease the shaft with anti-seize grease. The concrete will not rust when applied and will go on easier. Since the old one was rusted, it was a bit of a chore to remove it.
My worn out pressure washer pump needs to be replaced with an exact replacement I found the installation to be easy and the best part is that everything that I needed was provided, including brand new nozzles, cleaner hose, and even mounting bolts, which I had to replace the I really appreciate that you thought this out so well! This is excellent!.
I am happy about that, as it takes the same amount of power as the original pump. As of yet, I have not had it long enough to determine its longevity, but I anticipate it will be good. It wasn't that difficult to install, but I needed to add several washers between the feet and the frame in order to get it to sit right. This has so far been a good buy for me.
Today is the first time it has been used. I was able to get it to work for about 10 minutes, but it is now not building This has disappointed me greatly. As far as the pressure valve is concerned, it seems to be functioning.
