There's a Troy with a 6 in it that I own. It's powered by a Briggs and Stratton five HP engine. I don't know if this will help you, but many of the motors that power pressure washers are lawn mower engines, which means they have bolt patterns and shaft diameters that can accommodate most replacement pumps for pressure washers. The mounting must be placed on the decking at a location that is not hindered by any structures or framing on the underside. The pump and motor work without any issues and there is no change in performance in my case. A small amount of metal had to be filed from the pump attachment to ensure it fit snugly next to a metal brace on the underside. A fluid pressure pump can be damaged if the motor and pump are run without having any liquid flowing through them. You should also consider the height of the replacement pump to ensure that it has enough clearance from the ground.
I would like to introduce you to the Craftsman The serial number 7141571 on the 767200 is for the Pressure washer pumps that use this part are compatible. Although it has a hole in it. My machine has several holes, but I do not know how many. See the third image to see if the hole position is appropriate for
Thank you for your kind words. If you have the time, you can clean the pump of the pressure washer with a toothbrush.

At this point, I have used this pump for about two hours. is what it is supposed to be. It is quite obvious that this pump's output is much inferior to the one with 2,000 PSI. It is easy to use the injector with a low-pressure delivery system It is used to inject high pressure. As with many others, I had to replace the factory studs due to the thickness of the mounting points, so I needed to use a large bolt for each fastener between the chassis and As a result, there is a small amount of interference between the axle for the wheels and the garden hose because of the lowered inlet. It is for this reason that I have given the film a 4 An extra star instead of a five An asterisk. In the end, I will take this apart and place a spacer above the chassis, but if this were addressed with a little bit of engineering I could use the original hardware as well as address the axle interference issue for my Craftsman 2 with a spacer instead. The pressure washer is a zero, 2,000 PSI. As a point of clarification, this would not be installed on a machine with a power output lower than 5 HP. When it comes to Though the 5 HP engine holds its own, I think it is pushing the specifications of this engine to the limit. The description mentions a Although it lists a maximum power output of 5HP, its minimum power output is not given.
Based on a comparison of this photo with the original pump, it appears that they are It only took me two days to order and receive the replacement pump. My new pump clicked into place after unbolting the failed pump, lining up the motor shaft with the key, and lining up the bolt. I was up and running again in less than 30 minutes. It wasn't difficult to install the new pump, but one of the only concerns I had was the length of the original bolts, since the attachment points on the new pump were about 1/8 thicker than the ones It turned out that the original bolts were just long enough and won't pose any problems. My pressure washer was connected to a hose, the water was turned on, the air was purged, and the motor was started. There were no problems! Everything worked like The purchase of this pump will prove to be a good one if it has the same lifespan of the original pump.
I own a Briggs & Stratton This is the 4th stratton. The pressure washer has a 5 hp motor. This was given to me free of charge. In my case, the manifold seals were ruined and hard water crusted inside the manifold. I had originally purchased a new manifold, but then blew the seals, so I went ahead and just removed the I did not have any problems with the pump itself, but I encountered some difficulties with its There were parts of the engine sticking out of the washer that prevented the pump from fitting against the bottom of the washer. My power washer is working fine after using 2 1/2-inch hardware and some spacers to connect the pump to the engine with no clearance issues. I used the power washer for a few hours to check.
An engine powered by horses. The 2800 PSI PSI pump is more efficient at tough jobs like cleaning my cement driveway surface, deck surface, and house siding than the 2000 PSI pump I had before. The pump appears to be a bit too much for my small 3 year old, as someone else commented in reviews. The 75 HP motor is better, but I remember tortured Briggs and Stratton on one of my go-karts When I was a kid I would race karts and these classic Briggs and Stratton Sprint motors would provide me with plenty of power. Remind me to do that It is highly unlikely that the motor will run out of oil as long as I change it occasionally like any other gasoline combustion engine. Originally a 3-cycle, the engine was a 3-cylinder. There is a hole attachment on the Briggs & Stratton Sprint motor, which, by the way, also acts as a mounting point for the motor to the frame. Lock nuts or washers should be used to prevent the nuts from being turned. It took me a trip to Lowes to purchase longer bolts because the mounting points on the new pump were thicker There is a good reason why this pump has extra metal, since it puts out some incredible water pressure and thus needs the extra strength! Furthermore, it was necessary to grind away a tiny bit of soft aluminum metal from one of the mounting legs so that the leg would fit perfectly over a part of the motor casting reinforcement. Having a chance to re-visit the school is very pleasing to me If you want to use the Sprint motor, click here Other wise, it too would have gone the way of the dodo It would be awesome to race on a kart track. A two-wheeler can handle it well as it's super lighter and easy to manuever Dolly with wheels to move the pump.
I inherited a pressure washer that was busted, and it needed to be reconstructed with the new I have a Honda GCV that bolts directly to the existing pump A 160 engine has four bolts, while a replacement uses the same three bolts that secure the pressure washer deck to the motor. As for my question, the bolts that came off were not long enough to go back on, and I didn't have the measurements for the three bolts I needed, considering neither were My customer service email was ignored, until I found the answer from the Honda Parts page before they could respond. It's 3/8 of an ounce The thread size is 16 by As a matter of interest, the beads are 25 inches long. Since Amazon works this way, I bought 10 from them instead of three (which was the original plan for me) and got it all setup very quickly. EZJOB (the seller) offered to reimburse me for the costs of the bolts when they heard from me. That is exactly what they did! Customer service was excellent. Pump on the pressure washer worked great, and I am very pleased with the outcome of the purchase!.
This pump was used to repair a Husky HU80522. I upgraded the pump to a 3/8" pump and hooked up the 3/8" elbows and pipes. A water connection is at the front of the building and a water line is at the rear. A small leak appears on the pump's output side, but the unit itself works perfectly. I think more Teflon tape might do the trick. After use, both pipes were tilted so they would drain. The bolts that hold the feet on the pump had to be changed, as the pump is slightly taller than the bolts that hold its feet. A good fit exists between the shaft and bolts. The washer is up and running again, which I am very pleased about.
The purchase was great! I had two small edges on the base of my motor that stopped it from mounting flush. The pump mounting pattern was perfect, but the mounting pattern of the motor did not allow it to mount flush. Within five minutes, I had the file I needed to fix the problem. Using the new pump, the original pump that failed was rated at 2300 psi and the new pump had more power than before. The lesson learned was to never run a pressure washer without running water through the pump. That would cause the seals in the pump and washer to.
Compared to $365 on a new pressure washer, at a fraction of the cost this solution offered great value. I was able to mount it fairly easily to my troybilt. Having the water lines come in and out of the back of the unit, I had to get rid of the soap tank. Furthermore, I had to ensure that the legs of the pump were cleared by adding three or four washers beneath it. The pumps had to be swapped out in just under 15 minutes. The old one had to be prised off with some force.
