I had to pay return shipping for a product that did not fit my system

This switch did not fit my system, and I returned it to my vendor in its original packing, unused and in perfect condition shortly after receiving it. Despite my request for a refund, they deducted the return shipping cost. were no other issues with the item, so it passed the test of being new and unused. In addition, it was just what was ordered. Your return details do not match your application, or it does not fit your return details. As per Amazon policy, we refused to send the return shipping, since this was a mistaken order.
