In advance of purchasing a pump, I wanted to know if it consists of everything I needed. From some users, I have heard that the pump arrives with everything as depicted in the Amazon main image. In the most favorable of circumstances, receiving and opening this package was a very enjoyable experience. My pump did not have the quick connecting system attached (it arrived in a ziplock bag inside a box), but it did come with a male to male adapter (nice). I purchased an Amazon ASIN number B010OPPMYY which has a quick-connect for my pressure washer hose in order to accomplish this. My decision not to use the quick connect that arrived from ROP Shop has to do with the fact that the thread on the pump where the male to male adapter connects to is a STRAIGHT thread, not a As you can see, the quick connect thread is a PIPED thread that is SLIGHTLY different. Since it is different, it can damage the threads on the pump, and you certainly don't See image #3 for a photo of the pump attached to a M22 cable. I brought back my Excell 2600 Honda pressure washer. Recently, my pressure washer had been losing pressure intermittently while in use, so I knew it was the pump. Though I considered getting a new pressure washer with higher pressure ratings, I bought my Honda engine because it's in great shape and only needs to be repaired. During my search for a replacement pump, I came across this one on Amazon and since most reviews were positive I figured I would I had the pump switched out in less than thirty minutes after easy installation. It was important to reuse the old bolts in order to guarantee the thread pitch was correct. In a review, I saw that the reviewer did not know that the fitting on the engine shaft had to be removed with an Excell washer, you remove it and use the shaft key that is included to connect the engine shaft to the pump. This new pump has brought my old washer back to life. She ran rough from sitting for awhile and had stalled a few times, but a simple carb cleaning stopped the stalling, and now she runs smoothly. It has plenty of pressure and works well. I noticed it was a bit weaker than my last pump, but I changed the unloader valve by a quarter turn and it made a big If you mark the unloader and pump with a permanent marker, you will be able to visualize the turn. When you need a 10mm and 17mm wrench, you can adjust the unloader. We were able to do this repair for such a low price.

Do not hesitate to give us a call! Purchase this pump if you have a Honda excell in need of a replacement pump. It seems that the band style water pump on my Honda excell pressure cleaner has failed. This item was purchased for replacement of my old pump and I just can't believe it! It's not like I am a mechanic, but I like to tinker with things, so let me start by saying that I am kind of handy. Then I viewed a couple of YouTube videos and went about my business. Since I have a bad luck streak, I was afraid of screwing something up or doing something wrong while installing. As for how long it took to replace the pump, I was able to replace it and crank it up to test it before finishing an I'll have to update my post regarding durability.
