It did not come with the silver carrier when it was delivered to me. Just emailed the seller to request the carrier since the reel is useless without it, and I saw the carrier in the pictures.
Don't have a 100 ft hose but it works just fine with a 50 ft Simpson Honda 3 is being used at the moment. The pressure is 2 pgm at 3200 psi. It is extremely smooth to wind. Since I've had the item about a month and a half, I've had a lot of use for it.
I found that two pictures were shown with and without the stand on the page that I ordered it on. When it arrived without the stand, I checked the listing again to find one showing it and one showing it In order to pick it up at their store, I sent it back to Northern Direct and reordered it. It was shown in the picture, but it did have a different part number than the picture showed. Almost 10 days have gone by and I still do not have

It is advisable to be careful when buying. What you see on the website or in the advertisement is not what you will receive. Without the stand that it is shown on, the hose reel is of no use. The seller only updated the description after I purchased the item to mention that the hose reel itself does not come with the stand shown in the picture. Although the reel looks heavy-duty, it is useless if it does not come with a stand, as it is far too heavy to handle or use in reality.
Immediately after using the reel for three times, a leak appeared on the swivel packing. As well as the detent pin that keeps the reel locked in one of four positions falling out between the shop and the first job the reel was sent to, one of the four position retainers did as well. I returned to Accurex and bought a reel from Cox.

This is a 2 star rating. This is actually a northern tools product that I bought directly from them. We were unable to use it when it arrived. After receiving the replacement item, I carefully compared it with the previous one. In fact, they are the same items with the exception that the original was altered. A hole was not drilled or a drill mark was not visible on the second item. In the first one, the operation has been modified in an inadequate attempt to modify it. There may have been a pressure bypass or pressure gauge in their minds. The process never got completed in any case. Take a look at the photos. In the end, I returned the original reel after comparing the two. This is an excellent reel in the end, in my opinion. This is a very heavy duty product. When you pull extra hose off the reel at a bad angle, even from 20 feet away, this reel stays put and does not tip. Initially, I was pretty skeptical about the reel, but I'm very impressed now.
