When you consider what you paid for it, it's garbage. I used to own a General Pump 50 foot reel, but I replaced it with this AR reel, and it is far inferior in quality to the General Pump reel for almost the same price. A 90-degree elbow is not included on the reel inlet, which increases the risk of kinking, and 2 it's attached outside of the reel. A thin, rather than thick metal, makes it stand out, especially compared to other brands such as GP. As opposed to most other brands, it does not come with the mounting hardware to attach it to a pressure washer handle or pole. Changing brands is a good idea.
It does not come with the 90 degree fitting as shown for connecting the washer hose. The search for something to fit it has been an absolute nightmare. A company recommended looping the hose around and connecting it after it has been put through the hole. In the end I used two 3/8 hose fittings - a female to female nipple and a male to male m22 - to attach We had to remove the snap ring to do this, and then slide the slip ring off to do it. Having not bought anything in order to make it work, I am unaware of what else is being said. This is a triple steel braided hose with a super stiff bend.
