Whenever I tightened the cap, I had trouble moving the fuel because the vent was pinched shut and there was a vacuum. After I loosened the cap a little, it worked as it should.

The product said it was an original Husqavarna factory replacement part for my 22 hp 46 inch cut mower, so I ordered it. That is not the case with part # 581176101. I don't know the exact wording of this verse, since it is not VENTED as the original one was. Like a car fuel cap, the cap does not "click" and stop tightening when you loosen it. Interestingly, the original did not do that. For $30, the price is too high for me.
I discovered this isn't a vented cap, but otherwise worked perfectly.
Despite the statement in the product description that this product is vented, the actual cap does not feature a vent. There is a 2 way vent on the packaging. This is true of the title, but not of its contents.
When I lost the fuel cap, I ordered a replacement, and it arrived on time and is the right size.
It was the right.
Product was of excellent quality, delivered on time, and at a reasonable price. There is a cheaper price here than anywhere.
The fit is excellent. It is a replacement for the OEM. A top-notch product.
