Although I'm not sure, your lawn tractor should be capable of pulling anything you want.
Although I'm not sure if it is powerful enough for yard trailers, etc. *br>I'm joining a few pictures of how it is installed on my John Derek X729 to show how it's done. In order to mount it, I added angle brackets. This reduced the height of the ladder so it could be mounted without bending it, which would have been an extra step.

The item was installed on my 1996 Craftsman Lawn Tractor with a 15 inch blade. This is the fifth hour. To move two trailers and mow the lawn, the engine must move two trailers. With the help of pipe wrenches, I bent the bracket ends to the proper mating angle. An easy way to accomplish this operation would have been with a bench vise. Moving the trailers in low gear is no problem for me. Grass catcher operation is compromised by less load on the engine. It does, however, cause significantly less wear on the engine than if the engine had excessive hours. As an alternative to the OEM fasteners on the tractor, I'm planning to replace them with GR 5 stainless and mount them in a stud configuration with lock washers and wing nuts to facilitate easy removal of the hitch and reinstalling of the grass catcher.
My skill set in the tool box is pretty good, so I know my way around a tool box In less than 15 minutes, I was able to assemble the hutch out of the box, mount it, and have it ready to use. In addition to gathering the right tools and finding a drill bit sharp enough to punch a hole through the lawn tractor's sheet metal, the install took about two hours. There might be an issue with the washers that are provided to secure the supports to the back of the mower, especially if they are not high In addition to obtaining some bar stock and reinforcement bolts, I will reinforce the attachment with more bar stock. In my opinion, I would buy it again if I ever needed one, as it is much cheaper than manufacturing one.

Grade 8 hardware was swapped out for grade 7 hardware since it was not functioning well. you're looking for a plug-and-play environment, this isn't the one. Drilled holes in tractor so that brackets could be bolted on. Stracts had to be bent to fit tractor and support brackets had to be bent to match tractor. It's no big deal, but if you're not a DIYer you should buy manufacturer-specific parts. This attachment works great on my Cub 1515 for moving trailers up from the yard when the roads are too flooded to get my.
I was able to install this on my Troybilt Wheel Horse lawn tractor very quickly. There are four boat trailers and one small utility trailer in my fleet. The platform we added for the supports worked perfectly on the X728 John Deere lawn tractor. It's not designed for this, however, but by adding some angle brackets the whole thing works. Nicely made and very I cannot believe how happy my poor back is!.
Even though the device will work, the hardware it comes with is substandard. There was no star because there was a hardware store to go to.
