A dethatcher is the first time I've ever used one and I was immediately impressed by how well it worked. The Agri-Eel system made me realize how matted my yard had been before I used it Dethatcher on a fab scale. My tractor tires were slipping, and when I checked my dethatcher, I found a ball of matted thatch in every prong. By just sliding off, the cover can be removed easily. As I examined these balls I was amazed to see that they were nothing but dead grass and leaves that I hadn't yet removed. I really liked the attachment.

This is what I will say. My order for a product I never received was sent to a 3rd party seller, but I suspect it was the manufacture themselves You'd be better off looking very hard if you see this and want to consider buying as part of an overall platform, because the manufacturer has effectively given up on supporting it. Aeration (two of the three items the platform supports) is one of the three tasks it supports. Despite discontinuing the roller and doing nothing to expand the company has done nothing to expand. As much as I liked the idea of saving space and making it easy to use, this does not work for me. There is a global shortage of tines at the time of this writing, which prevents the manufacture of this dethatcher. Those are funny. In the Agri-Food It has been a pleasure working with Fab System. The SmartLink Platform and the Spike Aerator and Dethatcher attachments I bought are part of the purchase. I think the system does a great job, and it is high quality. The first time I aerated my 1-acre yard, it penetrated the soil about 2 inches or more at a time that the soil was fairly dry (lack of rain for about a week). My dethatcher then pulled up about 10 large contractor bags of stuff out of the lawn, and I then dethatched the lawn again (first the rear, then the front the next day). Taking care of my lawn by dethatching, mowing, then dethatching in the opposite direction and mowing again has been successful. Over seeding the lawn has also helped, including several bare spots, and the grass is growing well. Was already assembled when it arrived. It did not line up with the mounting assembly because the mounting platform did not align with it. The right side platform panel of the platform does not have a 90-degree bend which prevents axle bearings from locking. Detacher does not have this issue, as the assembly is already done by the manufacturer, it is only the platform RHS side that was damaged at manufacturer. The AGRI-Industry contact has been made I submitted an FAB but did not hear back from them.

With this SmartLink Dethatcher, all thatch is removed from the lawn without causing grass damage. They hold up well due to the stainless steel. It doesn't seem to have any rust on it. My spray bottle is filled with WD-40 You should always apply the 40 after each use to all metal parts as the instructions state. The platform concept appeals to me. I love how easy it is After seeing the Agri-Platform concept of the Agri-Market, I returned another product and paid shipping costs to return it I love it. This is far more versatile and functional than anything else on the market. You could put a price tag on it. To obtain all attachments, I intend to get them all.
