There is one, but the part number was not included in the description. Amazon was unable to provide me with a part number over the phone. My friend recommended the kit, so I decided to order it. There is no match between the oil filter number on my lawn tractor and the oil filter in the oil tank. My next oil change in about a month will be the time when I'll see whether it fits.
The following model numbers are available for the 7000 series Item no. KT715 In the case of kt745 , I would affirmatively respond.
To check if the motor has been listed on the fitment list you would need to look at the motor serial number

The KT-90 appears to be available in two variants There are two versions of this series of motors, one with "PRO Performance Filtration" and one without it. In the case of the model number, there is no differentiation. Kohler should be ashamed for what he did! As for the PRO Performance Filtration, if your motor comes with it, then you do not need to buy this kit. There is a possibility that you could use it, but the filters in this kit are significantly smaller than the ones you currently have on your motor. Since that is the case, it's not worth the risk. Rather than model 16 789 02- you need model 16 789 02- A (which is also counterintuitive My opinion is that it is intuitive due to the fact that the smaller model is actually the kit with more Anyways, I hope this will prevent someone from making the same mistake as me. And for the record, if your engine is missing the PRO filters, kit 16 789 02- will certainly not work for you. Since the air filter is too tall and won't fit under the cowl, it cannot be used.
The oil filter seems to be the only thing that needs to be changed. My engine is not compatible with this Kohler kit. This filter does not have the S at the end of the part number and is about 1/4 smaller in length.
This was just thrown in a box without any padding so it was all broken up when it arrived A fuel filter was ripped out, spark plugs ejected from their sockets, and the oil filter was also removed from its position. It is nice to know there was no leakage of oil. As a result, I pretty much used this as the oil and air filter for the moment. The first thing I will do is shop around local shops so I don't buy anything I don't need or pay too much for.
The best time saver I've ever used. There was no need for me to pore over the tractor's manual and gather all the specs since a full tune up could be completed with just one kit - I preferred it to the manual because I didn't have to guess all the specs. I was taken care of from beginning to end. In fact, everything I needed in one place in front of me enabled me to do the entire tune up in less than 30 minutes. Happy to have been chosen. The box was a little pricey at $50, and I suspect that each item could have been purchased separately for a lower total, but the time and hassle savings of having everything in one box far outweigh the additional expense.
My Cub Cadet riding mower came with this kit. A gap was already installed on spark plugs, so everything fit perfectly. The tool comes with instructions that clearly state the torque values for spark plugs and oil drain plugs. The oil you need is more than enough. I think my mower used about a quart and a quarter of gasoline. You will need to drain the fuel to change the fuel filter , or simply do it within a short period of time.
Kohler part numbers are on all of the parts. The downside A few things could have been improved about the packaging. As a result of the parts being packed in a small box (not what is in the image) and the lack of padding, oil escaped. ** This oil filter is about an inch shorter than my original, but it has the same part number. It is my understanding that Kohler has increased the filter size since my engine was built. I hope the new filter will offer adequate.
I purchased it to go with my 725cc Kohler 740. Air filter was the only thing that did not work. I had to make a spacer to go into the air box to hold down the new one since it was the same shape, but an inch shorter in height.
I found this to be a straight In the shipping container, packaging had been damaged. A damage inspection did not reveal a problem with the shipping container. It appeared that the spark plugs were loosely rolling around In the end, the product did not suffer any damage and I went ahead All the parts fitted directly, there was no need to modify anything.
