As you can see from the photo, it did a fantastic job blasting dirt and mold away (I didn't use any cleaner, just plain water). It's also very user-friendly! To make it work, just make sure you follow the steps in the correct order. It will not work if you do not do so. In the video, I'm using one hand to control the spray gun while using the other to hold my phone. It took me about 15 minutes to put it together (including reading all of the directions, warnings, and so on), and the instructions were very clear and simple to follow. It's small, but it packs a powerful punch. I like that the wheels can be locked or left to roll freely. The hose and power cord are both long enough, and I like how everything fits neatly on the unit, including the four hose tips. After the concrete is finished, the deck will be built. I'll keep you updated on how things progress.

I received this item today, which was right on time, and proceeded to put it together only to discover the following:
1. There weren't any (there weren't any - there weren't any - there weren' spray tips (zero)br>br>br>br>br>br>b Not included in the package: Slide Hose Holder (Item F)br>3. Upper Spray Gun Holder (A) This item is not included in the package. br>4. Lower Sprayer Gun Holder (B) is missing from the package. br>br>All of these items are missing from the package. Please send the missing items as soon as possible so that I can test whether the power washer actually works.

I only used this machine ONCE, and it died the next day! br>Had to persuade the Westinghouse rep on the phone that it was properly assembled, plugged in, and so on before she would work on a return. I needed 1 minute. I spent 5 hours talking to her and then attempting to fit the item back into the box it came in. not to mention the fact that it would necessitate some 2-hours of work. It took three weeks to get a new one! br>When I sealed the box, I noticed for the first time that the box, which was a little beat up on arrival, had a shipping label on it to a lady in the Midwest! That made me wonder if I had gotten a rebuilt machine or perhaps just a box that had been used previously. br>It was terrible all around, so I returned to AZN for a refund.

This unit is a great deal for the money; I used it the first weekend I got it to pressure wash the decks and windows, and it worked perfectly. For the price, it appears to be well-made and durable. The only drawback is the hose and cord storage; for the price, a retractable cord or a spool for pressure washing hose would have been ideal. However, even without these features, the unit is still a good buy because it has a small overall size that makes it easy to store in the garage.

I was impressed with the Shop-Vac electric pressure washer when I was looking for one. Vac- such as the Westinghouse ePX3000's low center of gravity and stability, as well as other buyers' (and video reviewers') positive feedback. They were completely accurate! It's a definite 5 out of 5! [Note: I've now spent over 25 hours on the unit and have used all of the attachments, and it's fantastic]. I'd buy it again if I had the opportunity. br>br>I'm retired and find that gas-powered pressure washers are overkill for cleaning driveways, decks, and fences, so the ePX3000 is ideal. I had already read the PDF version of the manual before it arrived, so assembly was a breeze. So, first and foremost, I unpacked and inventoried all of the parts, and since everything was in order - All of this was 'SNAPPED' together by me - the wand, and the wheels All of the gun holders and hose reels are sturdy, and they simply snap into place with a light touch. The spray tips can be safely stored in tight fittings on the unit's back. It's also small enough to be carried in one hand. br>br>Let's get this party started. I connected the unit's wand and hoses before plugging it in, then ran the garden hose at full pressure to clear any debris before connecting it to the unit, then pulled the trigger to bleed out any air that might be in the system. I plugged it in, turned it on, and went to town after I had a steady flow available. The Green 25deg tip provided just the right amount of pressure for our deck, without overdoing it like some heavy-duty gas-powered pressure washers. I ran for several hours, slowly but steadily. It's finally time to finish our 14 x 22 deck, railings, and back stairs. This did a fantastic job, and the 20-year-old deck looks brand new once more, and best of all - it's free! So far, life has been going well. br>br>The only stumbling block I ran into was DUE TO USER ERROR - I GOOFED. Despite living in this house for over 16 years, I had never noticed the 'low flow' attachments on the faucets. The 'low flow' setting provided enough water volume and pressure for the Green spray tip to work, but the Red and Yellow tips caused the unit to surge erratically, spraying a cloud of water instead of the expected, focused spray. During troubleshooting, I discovered that the'restrictors' on the faucets were causing a lack of sufficient water volume. Yes, I'm ashamed to admit it, but I don't want others to go through the same humiliation. a wound that was self-inflicted When I removed the water restrictor, the Westinghouse unit performed flawlessly, as expected. br>br>I'm impressed with this sturdy unit, and even more impressed with a company that stands behind their products - There will be no complications. This is something I strongly advise Do-It-Yourselfers to try. Thank you for taking the time to read this review, and I hope you found it useful. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and impossible to topple. It's also well-made and packs a lot of punch (ePX3000). The engineers at Westinghouse nailed it! One hint: BEFORE turning on the unit, ALWAYS connect the hose, turn on the water, and then bleed the air out by pulling the trigger for a minute. If the air is not bled, the pump will quickly lose power and cycle on and off every few seconds.

This isn't something you should buy. Arrived with plastic add-on pieces broken, and the gun holder, which you must add on, would not fit into the required location and broke while attempting to push it in. Because the unit would not fit in the box after the wheels were installed (and you cannot remove them once installed), I was unable to return it to Amazon. When I contacted customer service, they told me that I would have to re-order the item. Return it to you in a box. I'm guessing it'll cost around $30 to $40. This was the first time I had a truly bad customer service experience in all the years I've been a customer and all the things I've bought and returned without issue.
