Yes, I hung mine from the ceiling to conceal a gas line that had been shut off. access hole for the valve I drilled two small holes in the frame to allow me to screw it in and take it out later if necessary. You could also use glue or another adhesive to mount the frame, but it will be more difficult to remove later.
Bend the door a little bit and reinstall each of the corners at the frame with extreme caution to avoid the door becoming crake. However, you should be able to put everything back together.

This item is made of plastic and has indentations running the length of the inside frame. However, this may not be enough grip to keep the door from swinging open, so I recommend using adhesive along the inside rails to help hold the door to whatever type of celling you have, such as gorilla adhesive (not gorilla glue) found in a caulking tube.

The hinge isn't particularly smooth, but it'll suffice for most applications. To open and close it, you must wiggle it slightly. To open reliably, you'll need a flathead screwdriver. When mounted on the ceiling, the door closes securely.
While you're doing that, you can pull the door out of its frame. Return the door to its hinge after you've finished working with it. Because the grooves are too small for your finger nails to fit in there, you'll need to wedge a coin, key, or screwdriver in there to open the door without using a tool. To make it easier to access, I glued a small handle to it. It's very flush and flat, so it's ideal if you don't need to open it frequently.
On a freshly drywalled ceiling, these were installed. Ceiling work is always more difficult; on the flange, I used white construction adhesive, which worked well. They're nice and sturdy, but they require a flat screwdriver to open them, so they're not ideal for everyday use. However, they're ideal for buried valves and boxes.
One of the hinges was broken off, and one side of the item had a 3/4-inch cut that was most likely made during manufacturing. It was impossible for this to happen in shipping because the material was too thick. I'd buy it again if it weren't for the two flaws.
looks better than the device's standard cover, and costs less.
It's much more durable than others I've used in the past, almost to the point of being difficult to open. However, after a few minor tweaks, it's now perfect; however, others may find it perfect as-is. is, however.
There is no warpage in the construction.
I didn't know what to do because our water shutoff was in an inconvenient location. I used a glue gun to adhere it to the drywall after finding this small door that is perfect. It's a little stiff to open, but it serves our purpose and is far more attractive than constructing a small door.
