It is possible. However, I have not used them for that purpose.
My grill gave a lot of flare ups when I used them, so I once used them on my grill with high heat. In the end, they did stand up to it but warped in the process. In the future, I won't use them in the same way. The best use for them would be for lighter items such as prawns, seafood, or vegetables, which are best smoked or cooked at lower temperatures.
I am not certain, it's just a variety of things Depending on whether you are using the grill or smoker or the oven, I can tell you which one to use.
It is very easy to cut them for shaping. Currently, I am using mine in the They can handle a lot of heat, as well as a gas grill and a charcoal grill. However, I am not sure how safe this is when used in a nu wave.

Spraying the mat with canola oil spray before putting the wings down helped the oil absorb into the carpet. I smoked the wings over direct heat using apple wood chunks and indirect heat, between 225 and 240 degrees F. About 30 minutes later, the wings had thawed a bit and I seasoned them with a number of dry rubs. For nearly three hours, the temperature rose to 275 F. The final temperature inside the body was 185 degrees Fahrenheit after five hours. After removing the delicious wings from the grill, I left the grill on and the mat heating for about 2 hours. Following that, I soaked my mat in warm, soapy water for about 20 minutes in my kitchen sink. In my sink faucet there is a hard spray setting which I switched on after 20 minutes, and after I had drained the water, it was completely clean of chicken gunk without having to scrubbing My mind was blown and I felt I plan on grilling more now that these mats are available!.

These are what I use in my smoker. This mat has also been used for jerky, meatloaf, and chicken wings. As of now, they are still in good shape. I have a hard time cleaning them and I find that they usually expire after 6 months (I do not keep them well, but I do use them for 10 years. ). At least a few months should be enough time to use the multiples in this set.
I've used them for grilling shrimp on my gas grill with great success. Even after grilling, this dish still has a distinct smokey flavor and is easy to clean up in the dishwasher!.
