The grease from the bacon will run down into the bottom of your grill. If you have a cup in the bottom of your grill, you can just dump it in when it's needed.

So, if you're making something dry like bread or vegetables, you can use it on an indoor stovetop. Cooking anything oily on an indoor stovetop, on the other hand, is not recommended because the oil may spill over the three sides and cause a fire.

I looked into Blackstone grills and decided that not only would I not be able to afford them, but I also didn't want a second grill on my deck. This stainless steel flat-top griddle is exactly what I was looking for. It has all of the benefits of a Blackstone and I can use it on my existing grill. When I first received my griddle, I was astounded at how HEAVY and thick it is. This griddle will outlast both my grill and, most likely, myself. It's been planned ahead of time. Because it was already seasoned, all I had to do was wipe it down with a damp rag, no soap required! It heats up very evenly, which I like. Once it heats up, there are no cool spots, and even after the grill is turned off, it stays hot for hours, so give it plenty of time before handling it, or you'll burn yourself to death. One of the benefits of having this griddle is that I can use it as a regular grill by simply removing the griddle from the grate. With a Blackstone, you can't do that.
I don't usually write reviews, even when asked, but this one deserves to be mentioned; it's heavy, so it won't warp; it covers two grill zones, and if preheated as directed, it works very well; and it's so easy to clean, you don't have to! I simply scrape it off while it's still hot, wipe away any crumbs, and re-oil the surface. br>Allows you to rest your burning chicken, which is directly over the rest of the grill.
Very well done. I bought this for my Weber Grill because it is heavy duty and provides even heat. Every time I make pizza, it comes out perfectly.
Solid griddle with a lot of weight. Pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns, and even sausage have all been cooked on my grill with this. In essence, I converted my standard outdoor grill into a breakfast café.

Veggies. Nice and heavy metal for breakfast and lunch. It's only necessary to oil it and clean it after each use.
My grill fit perfectly, and the cheesesteaks were delicious. Its weight makes it difficult to move and clean, but what do you expect from a 1/4" piece of steel? It appeals to me.
The material was heavy, and the husband changed his mind. I didn't use it or take it out of the box. When it arrived, the husband had changed his mind.
