It's a big, heavy piece of equipment

Because my hands are extremely sensitive to heat, this is a better alternative to claws for me. They're strong, but they're also quite large, so keep that in mind when shredding meat in a crock pot.

These appear to be more durable than some of the plastic meat shredders on the market. Instead of the plastic ones I've seen, I'd rather use these. We do a lot of grilling, so these will come in handy for lifting tongs.

Claws for shredding meat from jawanfu

These claws are extremely effective. You just know they're not going to break because they're so strong. The work is completed quickly, and they clean up beautifully in the dishwasher. They are worth every penny because 304 stainless steel is the same as 18/8 stainless steel, which is the best. I'm glad I went with this claw set.
