The Bridgeview, IL Amazon center seems to be the victim of some insider or employee theft since this keeps happening, and Amazon's customer service wasted numerous days and hours assisting me. It was to be a gift, so this is a big disappointment. In the end, it was used curbside I'm picking a side - We bought this from Bed, Bath and Beyond and love it. The brush filaments are improved over traditional bristles, as we don't need to use them very often. Food glides across them, spreading evenly, and cleaning them is simple. My knowledge of silicone brushes is limited and I am not sure why I didn't get them.
