Because they take advantage of the review system here and use old product reviews to promote newer products. This is a major issue with Amazon reviews. There are no comments now, so you won't be able to get assistance from companies like you could before. Amazon's new CEO has made a number of positive and negative changes, but you can still see things like these review abuses with their vendors.
Although those angles aren't ideal for lodge, taking a pass at the bottom and then returning for the sides works very well.
The color is entirely decorative, and you won't need a scraper to apply it. Because you can simply soak them, nonstick pans are a good option.
Yes, they work perfectly as lodge scrapers replacements. Good value for money.

It does a fantastic job; just make sure the pan isn't too hot or the edge will become slightly deformed but still usable. They're also great for removing dried-on bits from my countertops and stainless steel sinks, which I discovered! My favorite use for it was scraping dough out of a bowl of my no-knead dough, which is extremely sticky and clings to the bowl's sides. They're fantastic tools, and I'd recommend them to anyone!.
I have several scrapers and they are so good that my children and husband use them outside of the kitchen and lose them. LOL These were an excellent substitute, and I adore them. There were no problems with shipping or packaging. Purchase was simple. Scraping pans isn't the only thing this tool is good for! They also feel good in my hands and are durable.
I understand that the toothed scraper was designed for grills, but I use it for my cast iron skillet as a very stiff bristled brush. Rather than scraping, I'm scrubbing with it (quick back and forth, zig-zag). zagging). While much of the flat scrapper's edge may not make contact with the pan's surface, scrubbing with the toothed scrapper quickly covers the entire surface. You'll still need a stiff bristled brush to finish, but this is the best method I've found for removing gunk from a skillet without damaging the seasoned surface. br>br>I deducted one star because the curve could have used a little more variety. The slope around the skillet walls is still difficult to reach.
They've never left a mark on any of my surfaces, and they're dishwasher-safe. They're also a great deal for the money. br>br>I've discovered a new use for them. They're fantastic for using with a Cricut and applying vinyl decals!.
which "were" the "best" dish/food scrappers I'd come across. These are the best for the money because they're identical to the name brand, and the hard plastic holds up well against all finishes, particularly cast iron. These come in handy for a variety of tasks around the house.
Bummer. They don't fit in my wrought iron grilling pan, which I avoid using because I despise cleaning it. I groan every time it's pulled out to grill burgers. Scraping each row of burnt-on grease and food is a chore I despise. These were supposed to help with the two rows of teeth, so I was hoping they would. Neither one of them is appropriate. I'd rather have a range of sizes than a four-pack in which no one fits. I suppose scraping the pan with the corner of the square, solid piece works, but not as well as a butter knife. I'd be overjoyed if it was a good fit, but it's not even close. meh.
I have a large number of cast iron skillets that I use on a regular basis. I use everything from small BBQ pots to large pizza pans to make pies, pizzas, burgers, chili, steaks, nachos, and more. As a result, I load the pan with a variety of foods. These work well with a little hot water to scrape the food off without removing the cure like chain mail does. The rounded corners fit perfectly into the corners of the pans, and the shape is comfortable to hold. One advantage of the slightly larger size over the national brand is that they do not fall into and lie flat in the sink drain, necessitating the use of a knife or similar tool to pry them out. I use these almost every day, so if anything changes, I'll let you know, but so far, so good.
Cleaning my skillet has never been easier. It's also great for cleaning any dish with a stuck-on object. This is your best friend if you're like me and forget (or get lazy) to wash a dirty dish, resulting in food becoming encrusted in the dish. It scrapes the dish clean with ease and does not harm it. We don't have to soak the dish for an entire day in the hopes of softening the mess.
