After your grill has cooled, this is the perfect way to clean it

It is imperative that the grill grate be cold before you can use it. The brush works wonders at removing burnt stuff (especially if it's caked on) if you allow your grill to cool completely before cleaning it.
*By letting the grill cool properly, you will not have any issues. The purchase was a great deal for me.

There is a plastic coating over the metal! Our grill had a plastic covering and when we tried to use it, it melted and the plastic got stuck on it
