In addition to the excellent performance of that flame, there was the heat output being excellent. While the solid frame was no worry, the brewpot fell off without a problem. When I expand I'll purchase a second computer.

What a fantastic burner this is, especially given its efficiency ff out some BTU's! As far as I'm concerned, it's effective at frying french fries about 1/2 dozen times. There's only one difficulty: adjusting the air. After just a few uses, you find the best settings. This is a 4 overall based on my assessment. 5 rating. A quick clue as to what to include. Get the largest pan possible (13" diameter). In order to prevent heat from going upwards, there is a covering 15" diameter.

I wasn't expecting it to be as large a load as it was. This quality burner burns hot while at the same time controlling its flames to a satisfactory degree. I love how tight fit my 24 quart pot is on the piece of wood.

Having excellent prices but sturdy and doing what you need. For the most part, my only complaint is with the burner's width. There will be a need for wide pots as the burner is large. You need to understand the measurements, why they are required, and check the terms before making your purchase.
