Are there any restrictions on how hot the grill can be? If the weather is 70 degrees and there is no wind, then after 15 or 20 minutes of pre-ride Have you turned up the heat?

If both burners are on, the temperature will be well over 400 degrees. My grill is no problem getting over 400 degrees here in San Diego, where the average temperature is 70 degrees

The E210 grill's dimensions are as follows without the two side tables width, height, and depth of the grill. ?

Side tables are not necessary A 5 inch diameter. The following is the layout with two tables lowered The height of five

The grill is for two people with occasional parties of six, but it would be okay for a family of two Does it allow you to cook a substantial amount?

A family of two lives with me and my wife. On the other hand, when our kids and grandkids come over for a visit, we become a full household. We cooked hamburgers for them a few weeks ago when all the children were there. Cooking was done on the primary cooking grill, and I believe I made 12 meat patty patties at the same time. At the time, the narrow top grill surface did not get used at all. My group found it to be a good fit. It would not be a problem for me to plan outside cooking for such a large group of people. The range can even be up to 10 The number of people is 12.

The materials and build quality are excellent
4/5

The searing ability of cast iron grates is excellent. I have nbsp As of 5/04/2018 To show how the grill is doing after a year of use, I have uploaded a new video. The following spoilers have been added You should check it out. You might have to wait a while for Amazon to replace the old video, so check back if the old one is still available. The following is a review of In a big box home store, I found my Weber, assembled, for a reasonable price. Although I enjoyed having the grill already assembled at no extra cost to me, I was thrilled that I did not have to deal with assembling it myself. A bonus of great magnitude. Having just returned from another 2-night trip, I had just taken a little break. Nexgrill sold KitchenAid a burner LP gas grill that turned out to be insufficient for a variety of There was only one concern I had about that other grill, and that was the lack of BTU power it produced when trying to sear the meat My poor choice of this grill, plus the fact that it was a wire grill instead of a cast iron grate (which retains heat better than a wire grill) led to my return of the grill. In each and every aspect, the Weber grill is much higher quality than its competitors. Its construction is excellent because of the materials used. Unlike the side tables on the KitchenAid grill, the side tables on the Simplicity grill fold down for compact storage. They do not detach and fall off like the side tables on the KitchenAid grill did. The grill tools can be hung from plastic hooks along the edge of both trays, but because they have an inset design, unless your tools have a hanging loop rather than only a hole through their handle, they may not be able to be used. *The Weber has an access door to the LP tank on the front side. You could not access the tank from the front of the KitchenAid grill, nor did it have a door protecting it. In order to access the tank, you had to spin the grill around. It is also a downside of the LP tank storage area that the hanging mechanism for the tanks is poorly designed and poorly constructed. A scale that was designed. The tank doesn't fit on the hanger easily, and the scale is of high questionable accuracy and is hard to read. It has a large drip tray with an easy to replace aluminum tray liner in contrast to the tiny KitchenAid drip tray. I'm also not a big fan of the Weber's igniter since it only works on the left side burner. When you turn on the right side burner once the left side burner is lit, the flame will carry over to that as well. A burner can be independently ignited rather than both of them at once. I suppose that's not too big a deal. Because I live in the Pacific Northwest, I chose to purchase the black version instead of the stainless steel version, because I believe the black surfaces will be far easier to keep clean than the stainless steel ones. It is a fact that despite some of the shortcomings of this model, the Weber grill was a better value than the KitchenAid. There is a price difference of $100 between this and the KitchenAid grill, but the quality and end result are.

The small grill is great
5/5

A few nights a week, I grill for two people Three or four times a year. As far as my needs are concerned, this grill works perfectly. Even heat is provided at an ambient temperature of 525 degrees (when used properly). The top and bottom of the grill get hotter than the sides As you become familiar with your grill, you gain knowledge of it. Nonetheless, the entire process provides a roasting heat. Instead of only sear the bottom of a chicken on a fire, a whole bird will be brown all over. The top must remain up (unless you keep the lid down) You may choose to be a spokesperson (if that is what you desire). It has been two years since I got the grill My plan is to get another one if it breaks tomorrow. The step-up looked good to me, so I bought it A version with larger wheels and an exterior tank holder is available. Neither feature of the app is missing to me. There's nothing I don't like about the tank meter (it's basically a spring scale that shows when your tank is low and thus almost empty). My favorite thing about this grill is its versatility.

For the price, I find the Spirit E-200 to be an excellent investment
5/5

It is likely why the price of this model has dropped so significantly in the past few months because Weber's Genesis series replaced the 210 in its gas grill lineup. A design feature I like more about the Spirit model compared to the Genesis is that the Spirit E-waistband opens up to different options then the Genesis The 210's design is closed, with the gas bottle enclosed in the front door The Genesis II E-Wave differs considerably from the Genesis II W My favorite model is the Spirit, which has an open design and has the gas bottle on the outside. I like that it is currently $150 less than the Genesis model. I was able to assemble my device relatively easily, and the logical organization of the parts and the clear instructions made it incredibly simple. The building quality of the product can be seen in how perfectly everything fits together. The grill is very easy to use, and despite the fact that two burners aren't enough for indirect cooking, I found that a single burner is more than enough. I use a probe thermometer to gauge doneness, as I do in my electric oven. As soon as two burners are running at full bore, the hood thermometer registers 600 degrees after a reasonable (10-20) cook time There will be a brief warm-up of 15 minutes. My southwestern Virginia location is likely to experience a drop in temperature when cold weather arrive. Basically, this grill does everything I wanted in a gas grill, and it fits on my patio (with the side shelves folded down) in a very small footprint. An old grill cover was found on the ground  .

The reviews of some products are inaccurate
5/5

It works great if you install it correctly. I just got it, and it only took me a minute to set it up. This is a great project that took 5 hours to install. Instructions are clear, and if you can't read the paper, there is an app with 3D instructions that you can download. Those reviews that state there is no instruction are not helpful. Strange. For one, there are reviews saying the hole in the middle of the tank is too big. (For another, they say they had to improvise parts to cover the hole. ) In fact, there was supposed to be a hole in the center it's so that you can see how much gas is left in the tank. Adding pictures shows the tank suspended on a hook in order to check the amount of gas in it. Quite easy to install, heats up very fast. This is a great.

The best grill that I have It's not cheap to buy Weber grills, but these grills appear to be worth the money
5/5

A full 270 degrees of rotation instead of the typical 90 degree rotation gives you much better control over how much heat is produced. As a result of the fat drip system, you won't have to clean up as much mess as you would with a cheaper grill. Heats up very quickly for grilling. The best grill that I have.
