Can you tell me if there is a cold zone between the two ?

I can assure you that there is no cold spot between the 2 burners if you use the grill correctly. Under the burner, do a quick searing on each steak for one minute You should sear the steak for 2 minutes per side. If the steak is too large to fit under 1 burner, you can lower the grill grate so that the heat distribution is broader and cook There has never been a complaint from a customer about the grill having cold spots.

In this grill, the burners are arranged overhead but the burners are not At the bottom is a drip tray that allows the meat juices to collect in order to enhance the food's If you want to enhance the flavor of your food, you can add butter, spices, and oils to the drip tray.

Grills like this are perfect for people who love steaks

It came out better than any steakhouse that my wife or I have ever eaten at. I followed the directions on searing the steaks for a minute each and lowering the grill to the three position for about 3 minutes more and I have to say I was impressed. Our drip pan works great for us we put a little butter and rosemary in there and let the steaks rest in the juice. Our steaks had great flavor and tenderness just the way we wanted them. My opinion is that the grill is worth the extra money that I spent because it is made from all quality components and is made in the US. Purchasing this grill has been a very rewarding experience for both my wife and myself. If you enjoy steak, you will want it!.

There are only two bad things about this grill you have to get used to the rapid rise of the internal temperature after you sear both sides. Our temperature probe measures about 120F, after which we should move that we can take out the steaks. The time it takes to get the tongs and pick them up, causes them to reach about 130ish by the time they're out, and then about 135 for the next minute. Hence, it is because the thing cooks like a beast. It'll take you about a minute per side to get a great crust on things. We get around having to bother with trying to time the temperature or even use a probe at all by just sous videing our food to our preferred temperature ahead of time, then letting it cool before sear. In this way, it takes just two minutes for you to cook the meat under this device and then you can take it out all at once. I am really impressed with how easy this is to clean There is no need to wash any dishes by hand. Cleaning only the drip tray and grill plate regularly is enough for us to keep them clean. The rest does not get very dirty and doesn't need to be cleaned frequently. It is time for us to buy a cover for it because our sparrow tried to build a nest in ours! Fair enough, it seemed like a great place to build a nest when we didn't know it could reach 1500°F inside. We felt bad pushing him out, but he had only been throwing twigs inside for a few hours and hadn't established anything yet. I can't imagine a better grill than this one!.

It is well worth your money. There are two of my buddies who bought that $300 chinese knockoff The Blazing Bull didn't last a season nor did it get as hot as the offs. The Weber I bought has a s-shaped grill Earlier this year, I spent $435 on steaks and chops to cook A good job was done by the Weber, but the blazing bull just blew me away. There is no better way to cook steak than on a grill. It gets hot when this sucker is in use! Are any of you in need of a used Weber? I love it.

This is a very attractive design. You will have a hard time moving it if you plan on using it. The grill adjusts to perfection and is perfect for a variety of food.

My suggestion in the future is to use a meat thermometer to set the meat according to the thickness of the meat

With the Blazing Bull toaster I will never be embarrassed at barbecues again, as thought I had to cook my steaks in my bread toaster, the juice would get stuck inside. . . but now that I have this toaster I will never have any problems.
