The water in my house is extremely hard. They clog, to be sure. All small-holed watering tools clog, but this one disassembles quickly and easily for cleaning. I use a stainless steel pad similar to those used for dishes, and I own three of these wands, which are the best I've ever found.
It has a shower spray that you can adjust from a fine mist to a strong downpour, but you can't change the diameter to get a jet. It's intended for watering plants; you wouldn't want to spray a plant with a jet because the leaves would be damaged. If you want to hose down your walk or deck, you can get better adjustable brass nozzles.
I have three of these, one green that has been in my possession for a year and two blue that I recently acquired. If you use rubber washers, there should be no leakage from the hose end. I recently had to remove the shower head from the green wand and thoroughly clean it, as well as the large black round seal. I was getting a few stray (directionally) jets shooting out at the perimeter because dirt had gotten in there. All that was left was for a thorough cleaning. If you're anything like me, these items will occasionally fall to the ground. br>br>I like this wand because of the gentleness of the shower, the solid feel of the trigger, and the ability to control the output flow. In addition, I was unable to purchase new ones for approximately 6 months - Hawaii is not served by any other vendor. The manufacturer stayed in touch with me and informed me when they would be available again.
I'm not sure if it would work, but I doubt it. There wouldn't be enough pressure, in my opinion. This sprayer is one of my favorites because it produces a gentler water flow.

I was looking for a replacement for my old watering wand, which had reached the end of its useful life, and came across this one, which piqued my interest, so I decided to order one. The first thing I noticed about my new wand was how well it was constructed. I like how I can control the flow of water with a squeeze trigger. A clip at the bottom of the wand, where it connects to the hose, holds the trigger in the on position when flipped up. This is a useful feature for anyone who works with water in a large area because it reduces hand fatigue. This water wand is also ideal if you have arthritis or a disability that makes grasping objects difficult or painful. The head has very small holes that make the water flow almost like a mist, and there is a knob to adjust the amount of water volume that the water wand produces, which is ideal for watering various types of plants. In my greenhouse, I start all of my plants from cuttings or seeds, as I am an avid gardener. This wand is ideal because it allows me to water all of my seedlings without causing damage or uprooting. My new watering wand has exceeded my expectations, and I would strongly recommend it to any serious gardener.

Watering potted plants, the garden, rooting cuttings, and landscape plants necessitated a new wand. I like that it has a clip that can be left on, but my favorite feature is the flow control. The volume is controlled by most wands that have a trigger or shutoff. The volume on this one can be adjusted to make the full flow harder or softer with the trigger held in. The flow is gentle even on hard, but strong enough for the scenery. For me, most wands begin to leak where they connect to the hose (even with a new washer), the trigger begins to leak, or the wand simply fails to hold. up. Later, after contact, the vendor took over. After only a few uses, the wand cleaved cleanly at the hose attachment. The manufacturer provides no warranty, so proceed at your own risk. Later on: br>br> I was able to contact the manufacturer using the information provided in other reviews. They asked for photos of the wand, which I gladly provided. They then had to pay for a new wand. So far, the new wand has proven to be effective. I appreciate that they stood behind their product, so I increased my rating from one to three stars.
It also comes in handy when I'm hanging baskets. This wand is very comfortable to hold and operate with one hand, allowing me to use my other hand to talk on the phone or use a garden tool! With the knob on top, you can easily adjust the pressure, and I appreciate the clip-on feature. To spray a large area continuously, lock the spray gun. The constant and gentle stream of water that comes out of all of the holes is what I like best about it. I took photos to demonstrate how gently the water flows and how it does not harm my flowers. It's as if there's a light rain shower on the way! And it's well-made, with no leaks or drips all over me!.
Based on the reviews, I decided to purchase two of them. I'm now stuck with both of them. It's far too small, and much shorter than I had anticipated. (At arm's length) Also, this isn't good for watering a plant because it's far too strong and destroys the soil. Even on low, the power-adjustment nozzle is extremely powerful. I was extremely dissatisfied with the outcome. If you want a super powerful wand, this might be what you're looking for, but it's not what I was hoping for.
Make use of this magic wand! This nozzle is one of my favorites. When I water my garden, I avoid getting the leaves too wet and instead water closer to the soil to avoid burning the leaves when the sun shines on them. This wand allows me to water closer to the soil (with a lighter mist that does not disturb the soil) without bending down or crouching too low. It definitely helps me save my back! It also works well for hanging baskets; I can water close to the soil without straining to reach it.
I used to get soaked every time I tried to water my hanging baskets, but now I can water them with ease thanks to the wand. I even used it to spruce up some shrubs that had become dusty due to the summer winds, and they now have a gleaming appearance. Because our water contains a lot of sand, I had to remove the head, but I was able to clean it out fairly easily. I like the clip they gave me because it allows me to spray continuously. I can adjust the flow of water to just a mist, which will be ideal for tiny plants or even new seed beds without flooding them, thanks to the rubber foam on the tube, which is great for my arthritic hands and allows me to water for longer periods of time. Because the wand is made of aluminum, it should last a long time, particularly with the rubberized handle. I looked for wands in the big box stores around town, and this is a great deal considering all of the features.
