This would not be recommended, but we may be able to create one for you that is taller? Let's discuss custom heights for our stands if you drop me a line. Greetings from Joshua Rubin, CEO of Mirainbarrel, who was born in Jerusalem
It doesn't matter that they are waterproofed, they are made of wood from our shop that works perfectly. We assemble and manufacture these stands from used pallet pieces and 2x4 sections much of the wood is already pressure treated, but no two stands are ever exactly alike. These filters work well with our rain barrel, as well as many other models from rival companies. Designed to be sustainable and durable, they are also reliable. Please let me know if you have any further questions at all. I have a stand from four years ago, and it works just fine. I can't say how long it will last, but I have a stand from four years ago, and it is still in use. **By Joshua Rubin, CEO of MentorBarrel **By Jordan Karson

Having said that, this stand could have been made for less than My expectations were for something with a bit more personality, but what I received was a stand made from new 2x4s with black letters. Then that must be what it means to be I think it is an excellent design, but the cost is ridiculous.
Although, I was surprised by the roughness and splintering of the wood. The scrap wood that you get is indeed In any case, for the price you can expect it to be sanded smoothly. A native of Florida, I currently work in the financial sector. The weather is wet and gloomy A humid climate. To that end, I planned to put several coats of urethane on. My gloves were on while I sanded and I applied the urethane as best I could. Those thin pieces of pallet wood that sit atop the rain barrel are the top planks. A larger leg and side beans make the leg and side beans appear larger. As with the legs, I would have liked to have seen the top planks as strong and substantial.
As for the top pieces, they are rough, so I would have to sand them to stain/seal them. It seems some kinds of finish or coating intervene so that stain cannot penetrate. When I have tried to stain as is, the rough pieces need to be sanded and some parts do not accept There is no guarantee that this will work. In my opinion, it would work as long as it can hold a 50 gallon water barrel.
As you can see from the picture, the stand looks very much like the one you received. Plastic stands did not appeal to me nearly so much as these ones did. The package is well protected during shipment. All things considered, I think the price is fair, especially when you take into account the time and materials involved. Another rain barrel will be added to my collection if I purchase a second.
I find this stand to be very sturdy, and my rain barrel fits perfectly on it. Easily fill a watering can from the rain barrel or attach a hose to the rain barrel because of its height. As well as looking nice, it sounds great! The outcome was very satisfactory for me.
This product is environmentally friendly, which is nice.
It's all good. It's good news that I can lift and position them without help, which I cannot do when the bricks are in slump block form. This is bad news, as the tracks are wobbly and the shims will help. In the area where I have them, they would have needed to be shimming anyway, so no My handyman would have charged about the same for simple boards. They seem overpriced for simple boards. That's all I can say.
In keeping with what was promised. It seems like a very durable barrel for my rainwater. My sincere thanks.
