The reason I bought it was to fix the one I had previously.
I was 2 inches tall. My tops as well as the solenoid and diaphragm were replaced in the same way. A big advantage of the new valves is that they have hex screws to make them more easily reversible.
The majority of the time, this is caused by debris getting lodged inside the valve during installation, or by a repair down stream, or loosening debris/sediment from pipe walls and becoming lodged inside the diaphragm of the valve. Service and cleaning are merely a matter of removing the four screws. I appreciate your time and consideration
In fact, it is for adjusting the flow that the center screw is set.

When I noticed a section of our sprinklers running when it shouldn't have been, I was in our kitchen. It turned out that the valve had failed. It has happened to me over the years that I have had to replace solenoids because they had failed, but the problem was inside the valve. In fact, the diaphram looked fine when I opened it up however, the thin white plastic ring was falling apart. Since I was unable to find the ring separately, I bought the This is a pretty good deal, considering I paid $10 to $12 just for the solenoid and then I got the whole assembly for The top of the old valve was replaced by the new valve, and is placed in the body of the old valve after the pieces inside have been taken out. Replaced the top by aligning it in the same direction as the old one and screwing it in. Since it worked, I was even able to use the old solenoid. Boom! That's it! I think I was in a beer line for about a minute of that time. It wasn't hard to put it back together.
I ended up using this item to fix a malfunctioning old SRV valve, which is perfect and easy and inexpensive. There was no need to dig out the old valve, since I just swapped the top (with the diaphragm and filter) - it would have been a job of a lifetime out of the old valve. I am interested in a job of this size. In addition, I used the old screws since the new ones seemed It's good to be back. Gratitude to Amazon for its two-day shipping offer After I wasn't able to find the valve in a hardware store near me, I ordered a same day shipping order.
The first step is to go to YouTube and follow the top half of the The second thing you should do is buy it. It only costs less than $20 to solve this problem. Could you tell me at what price a service call would have been?.
These valves are about 30 years old, and I have two of them in my back yard. One of those diaphragms has been replaced by me previously. A complete set of valves was bought to rebuild the old working housing. Making this adjustment is new by starting at the diaphragm. Sadly, a few of the old Phillips screws were damaged, and I was glad to find that the screws have been updated to allow socket use.
It is easy to fix a sprinkler that would not shut off this way. When ordering the valve assembly as a whole, there was a lower cost than ordering the components individually. This valve worked perfectly once I removed the top from the valve and fixed it on the old valve body. Sprinkler pipes do not need to be dug up or broken.
It works with older models, but I only used the top control section and diaphragm. Worked like a charm.
This valve replaced the one that I had in my Hunter boiler. As of now, everything seems to be going well.
