It was understood that this was a bare-root version. a full set of leaves and cups, or could this be a root or cutting that has been dormant?

I received mine with cups (pitchers) and full leaves, but since the heat damaged them, the pitchers were not in the best condition. I think everything is going well

There is a poor quality to the product

Despite the poor condition of the plant, it was still productive. As soon as I got it, it was almost dead. We can only hope it survives.
