The Morning Glories look great, I have never seen them in a container, I ask the local gardening shops if they have them, they require some kind of structure to climb on, you easily get 12 feet of vines and they self-seed right after blooming.
The seeds I planted have grown very well after two days of soaking. The flowers look beautiful, and best of luck to you.

Despite the beautiful thick vines and healthy leaves, there are no flowers on the vines they just grow without blooming. A snack-sized zip bag was filled with a little water and the seeds germinated overnight. The reason we purchased them for our home in Wyoming is that they are a variety grown in Southern California that we loved. This time around I am disappointed. So I did some research on morning glories since my brother told me the plants bloom in early August. In addition, I learned that they grow best in poor soil, explaining why they are so beautiful. The flowers are mostly white, but there are a few pink ones, but I don't mind I like beautiful flowers just as the hummingbirds do.
The germination rate was 100 percent. Many of these people have already reached their 12th leaf. As this is an inside-outside screen porch, the plants are getting mostly indirect sunlight. However, they are still flourishing!.
Grass is grown for our cat who loves it, and I make green juice with the leaves. The seeds, which I will transplant into potting soil today, were sprouted in a regular container of water before being put in potting soil. This method worked beautifully, too. It came up right on the third day in northern California after being planted to a depth of 1/4 to 1/2 inch.
