As I discovered, (and the fault is mine) these plants are succulents and like snake plants, they do not like too much water, so misting them was like feeding them death, and the brown leaves that are attached to the bulb/stem are now After learning this, I'm gonna try and see if I can save it, but I'm going to order another one and start over.
A week after my mother died, mine died as well. I wish you the best of luck and hope you reach out directly to the company!

It is also secretly the best cat toy on the planet. Plants came in very good health and they were packaged well. Perhaps there was a little too much healthy eating, there were Top of the plant there was a bunch of bulbs fighting for space, and the fronds were dense and easily Rather than prune to 3 bulbs (and I also like the aesthetics a bit more), I decided to reduce density and give each bulb its own space to mature. This plant is also secretly one of the best cat plants, I guess. I put it down, and my 4-year-old cat has been going nuts over it ever since. As with a cat toy, the fronds are twisty and springy. Hazardous and toxic substances The product is safe for both To keep her from knocking over the pot, I had to attach it to the dresser with Velcro. You might want to put this in a heavy ceramic pot if you have a cat Great overall.
It doesn't look anything like what the picture shows. Almost no stem is visible, and some of the leaves have broken, withered, or died. As I expected, I expected to get photos that closely resembled those in the web listing and those posted by others. As I only have space for one, I really wanted the iconic looking ponytail palm. Due to return policy and the fact that I should not throw away $24 in the trash, I'm stuck with this slow-growing plant that's ugly. In light of all the positive reviews, I had assumed that I would be receiving a nice plant as well. Unfortunately, it did not work. Unless they make it right with a refund or a plant that looks like what they advertise, I would appreciate a refund or a plant that looks like what they advertise. We are happy to ship back this plant at the expense of the owners.
Prepare yourself for the arrival of a MAC dad! There was no damage to the plant it arrived in perfect shape A lot of care was taken when packaging it. Despite all expectations, it exceeds them. These plants grow very slowly, and this one has a nice, brown trunk, so I'm sure it's at least a couple of years old. There is no doubt that its height is approximately 15”, and its foliage spread is also the same. Despite its 6" size, it's not just a pot Unlike other plants, this one is large. The can grow up to 30 feet tall and, in their native Mexico, are known to live to be 350 years old. You can grow an indoor plant up to 10 feet tall and it can flower by as early as 10 years. Do not expect anything for a while Until they are 50 years old they aren't mature! During my delivery, I received my plant pot bound, which is perfect for the species, and you'll need an 8" pot for this. The plant looks like a palm, but it's actually Joshua trees like this grow in desert areas. Make sure to give it sandy succulent soil (I always add pumice and sand to mine) and full sunlight. Weekly watering is sufficient with good drainage, but it requires more water than most succulents. As I have mentioned, the plant I received is a perfect specimen and my favorite at the moment! You'll enjoy it!.
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I am so impressed. I received this plant in good condition and it came well packed. When I got the plant, it appeared a little dry, but I repotted it and gave it a little water and it has looked beautiful since! Among six Amazon companies that I ordered plants from, the one that delivered the best plants was this one.
Last week, I received this in the mail. In order to transplant it into a bigger pot, I kept it in its original pot for a week before I moved it. We shipped the palm to the Midwest in the winter, and it arrived intact. The palm appears to be well rooted and in good health. This seller has sold me two other palms as well. Plants of the highest quality. Buying from the seller in the future would be a good idea.
A beautiful plant was infested with microscopic, round white insects after watering, although they did not appear for a few days. The food was pretty disgusting and disappointing.
Sadly, this was the second time this company sold us a dying plant. Growing and caring for plants is not a problem for me because I know how to do it. The truth is, I took it to an established nursery that was well known and couldn't.
What has happened to it? I have to say that, although I was pleased with the size of the plant, its condition was shocking. This item looked like it had been subjected to a high level of abuse Just prior to shipping, we tested our products in a wind tunnel. Despite my best efforts, I'm not sure the greenery will ever recover and look as good as it did before. The repotting instructions were lacking and we were unsure of what kind of soil to use. Many thanks for your help. I am unsure if I will buy again from this retailer.
