It complements my Ficus Ginseng bonsai plant beautifully.
It was a big help in keeping the little flying bugs at bay. Since adding more house plants, I only have a few. I also like the colors of the rocks. It's something I'd buy again if the opportunity arose.
These high-quality pebbles have a great look to them. I use them to water my plants, and I even made a pebble moisture tray for one of them.
FEBREEZE, FEBREEZE, FEBREEZE, FEBREEZE, FEBRE These rocks were COATED WITH FEBREEZE and arrived loose in a plastic Amazon shipping bag. Really! This is something I will never do to my fish. They've been soaking for 24 hours and still have a strong odor. br>br>And then there's the question of what these smelled like in the first place that they felt compelled to use Febreeze to mask it. Have you ever used it before? It's something I don't want to consider. br>br>The first time I posted this review, it was removed. Let's give it another shot!.
What lovely polished stones there are! These will be used to create a dry area in our 20 gallon turtle tank. However, this was a far smaller amount than we had anticipated. Although five pounds may appear to be a substantial amount, it is not suitable for aquatic use. My wife, on the other hand, crafts and makes custom jewelry, and the pre-polished stones (actually pebbles) are ideal for this purpose. These people did an amazing job polishing these pebbles, which come in a wide range of colors and include a large number of jade colored stones. br>br>Many of these have a diameter of up to one inch, making them ideal for this application as well as our turtle tank. What we didn't realize is that our neighborhood mulch and stone store sells 50-pound bags of stone in a variety of types for less than $5. 00 U. However, what they sell isn't as nice as these stones or pebbles (pebbles are less than half an inch) and none of them are pre-polished. That is something you will have to take care of on your own. They provide an illustration that speaks for itself in order for you to get a good idea of what you're getting. br>br>Now that we've realized our error, we'd order the 25-pound bag for our turtle tank instead. If you're using these for a 10 gallon or smaller aquatic tank, they'll provide a good covering but won't go all the way down. Aquatic tanks with a capacity of 15 gallons or more will almost certainly need more. If you're doing a half-and-half for turtles in bigger tanks, get the bigger bag. Turtles, on the other hand, have growing nails (have you ever tried clipping your pet's nails? What a dreadful ordeal! We would also recommend getting rough stone for the turtles to use to file down their nails by clawing through it. Because they like to claw at the stone, mix polished and unpolished stones together. I hope you find this information useful.
Succulents (and mini cacti) fit perfectly in this container. It was also well-packaged. I'll buy it again if I need it.
I like how the natural colors contrast with the jade; it really brings out the colors in my plants. I was able to fill four 6" plant saucers with an inch of soil each using the ten-pound bag. They arrived the next day, all packed in a heavy-duty bag. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU PURCHASE THEM!.
These stones come in a variety of sizes and are gravel under 1/2" thick. They work well on trays to keep plants moist, and I also use them in vases to keep stems in place. It could also be used to dress up planters, but I prefer not to do so. These are commonly used in aquariums, and they are highly polished, so they look very nice, and I believe the price was reasonable. Although I despise spending money on gravel, it is reasonably priced. I recently purchased a heavier-weight bag.
