The materials used are poor quality, and it is not a sturdy product at all. I noticed the problem before I ever took it out of the box. My business received pictures of the damaged product, so I sent the information to the company only to be told it is not their fault. I was going to ask for a replacement, but after the poor customer service, I requested a refund through Amazon. As I was looking forward to the use of this plant stand, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this purchase.

This is the stand that I've been looking for. My largest and heaviest pots are holding just fine on it, even as I move it around a bit. The price was well worth it.

Despite its average quality, this stand isn't terrible either. There is a bamboo wreath with a gold paint on it. One of the biggest problems is that it appears very fragile. I suppose you could hold it together with the screw, but if my dog runs by it, I'm worried it might fall apart. Return policies are also terrible, so I don't even think I'll be able to return this. My best bet is to wait until a new one arrives. We can live with this for the time being. Refund/Return policies on Amazon has been updated
