Since the stake is made of oak, it has a naturally low moisture level, which helps to keep it from rotting.
In other words, these are designed so that as many poles as needed can be added to them. Though not as sturdy as they once were, they may become weak if the soil is compact or the plant is heavy.
The pole can be used to move from one plant to another. Cleaning the pole with dishwater soap and water would be my preferred method. It is also possible to use the pole that was not inserted into the soil to serve as the new plant's base pole.
As soon as I put my socks in, I will wet them. In my experience, I have wet every pole I have used, so I don't see why not

This is the third brand of support pole I have tried for my heavy Monstera, so I should expect it to be strong. Other cracks appeared as a result of stress. received them yesterday and I have already planted them in the plant. I am confident that they will last for a long time. **Just a note. I haven't had these long, but as soon as they arrived I planted them in the plant. I also tried 2 other poles that were from a different seller and don't belong to this brand. This June 9 update pertains to the 9th of June. As of now, there are no issues at all. The Pole has not changed With its weight supported, it is now capable of supporting my leaning Monstera.
It's a very great idea, but the stake at the bottom began to turn black and I noticed the soil had a thin layer of what seemed to be white mold or fungus. I'm not sure what it is, but it smelt I am so sad to say that this did not work out for me, but anyone reading this may want to just use a bamboo stick and wrap coir moss around it with thread so you can get the same results without risking bringing home any diseases Then I changed the moss and wrapped it around a bamboo stick and this worked just fine. I cleaned my pot and put my plant back in, but this time I replaced the dirt and cleaned my pot.
It had never occurred to me that this plant was a climber before I was given it. Now that it has this support pole, it is much happier. Both of them were needed to start. The twine that was provided did not need to be used. Within a few days, the plant was hanging from my hand I may need an extra set of these.
I bought this within one business day of buying it, and the seller packaged it elegantly and simply. This is perfect for my out-of-control monstera plants. It is a seller I will be returning to in the future.
When I read some of the negative reviews about plant totem poles, I was skeptical about buying these, but I could not be happier with them. Those corks arrived earlier than expected and had that fresh, pungent odor that cococoir naturally has-or at least what I consider to be a pungent odor when it comes to cococoir itself. As my I am using mine to help a monstera adansonii climb (surrounded by preserved moss), and I would have preferred to double them-two at the base and two on top-for better stability, although for now stability is not a problem. Despite moving the pot several times, I haven't faced any issues with the stakes, as I've moved them numerous times without a problem. There have been a few wobbles, but nothing close to a collapse. It's been a blessed time for me. I haven't had any issues that others have reported with bugs or mites, and I haven't had any mold or mildew in my plant. Only curious thing is that there was no bag in which the stakes were packaged as the box stated, but as I haven't come across any issues with them in the month or so I have had them, I'm not concerned by the My luck with these stakes would most definitely be better the next time.
The pole was of good quality and reasonably priced. However, wrapping and cutting the twine while trying to position the vines was a chore. Due to the mature maturity of the plant with a bigger root ball, the pole had to be placed on the side instead of in the center as planned. There is some slight forward leaning due to the weight of vines, and it is not as stable as I would like. The new pole is going to be taller than the previous one, so I don't know how to better stabilize.
Thanks for this post, which provided the information I needed for a potted pothos ivy hanging on the ground. It was loosely tied to the post using the twine included in the package.
Using this support, plants can reach a height of more than 2 feet. Suitable for climbing plants, this material is lightweight and durable. As a result, they are able to better climb with something to grip. I think that this product would be even better if it had You don't want that light beaming on you. Leaves with a lot of weight will be heavier. If there are too many leaves and stalks, it's too easy for it to be pushed to the side. The result is plants with sturdy reinforcements will not be able to grow properly. I think this would work better if it was heavier and more.
