The aerogarden would be better without it

Fit air garden baskets only if necessary. Plants cannot start due to lack of oxygen. Socks are too soft to allow air circulation.

I find them a bit too tall but they work just fine! My garage sale purchase was for the aerogarden that I got

I can easily trim them down since they were a little too tall. The expansion when wet makes them a little difficult to handle, so I trim them after they soak. Other than that, This is definitely a product I recommend as an experienced gardener.
