The first shipment arrived, and the trimmers are excellent! It's still running smoothly. br>br>As a result, I placed a second order for two pairs of shoes. br>2nd order is 3 star products (same build/design/material but quality issues) both sets of trimmers had burrs on the blades that prevented them from cutting properly, I sanded the burrs down and tightened the screw to close the gap between the blades and the trimmers worked, BUT I have to tighten the screw before every use because the blades slip ever so slightly apart and will not make a clean cut. I would have exchanged the second order, but I was so pleased with the first that I didn't even open or inspect the second set until I was well past my return window. Now that it's fixed and working, it's a pain to have to tighten the grip every few minutes!.
Precision clean cuts eliminate waste, and the spring-loaded open mechanism makes operation simple. These pruners are ideal for a variety of plants.
My Fiskar nonstick snips have started to smoke. The blades are starting to stick because the safety latch is no longer holding it closed. These new snips are razor-sharp, stay locked in place, and are comfortable to use. I make extensive use of them- They're within my reach when it comes to harvesting vegetables and deadheading flowers. for snips while riding in the pruner sheath with my trusty ARS bypass pruners For the money, it's a great deal.
This was a package deal for two pairs of shoes. I've been pruning tomato bushes with one pair or the other every day for the past month. My community garden plot yielded vegetables for me to harvest. I keep one pair in my car so that if I'm in the area, I can stop by and thin out the crowd. So far, everything has gone well. I haven't experienced any of the issues that have been mentioned in other reviews. For now, I'm going to give it a four-star rating, and I'll update later.
I used these to trim my hair. They're razor-sharp, which is fantastic! The only thing I didn't like about it was how powerful the spring was. It starts to hurt if you trim for more than 10 minutes. I assumed it was just my small hands, but it was also noticed by my husband (who has large hands). They do, however, appear to be quite durable.
So far, I've only used them once, but it was for a fairly large pruning project. They have a soft, lightweight feel to them and cut like butter! I've been using another brand for a while, but these are a step up. Using these cut down on the time it took me to complete my project, and my wrists didn't hurt afterward. More will be purchased!.
I use it on a daily basis to trim the buds. They have the appearance of a b- in terms of sharpness and quality.
Herbs and snipping plants are a dream come true with this tool. Sturdy and long-lasting. It's simple to take hold of and secure. Several times, alcohol was used to clean between uses. It's still going strong. It's a good hand size.
