This item would have gotten a 5 star rating if the misleading title of the item and where it is manufactured were not present. The aim of this review is to provide you with the info that the title and company advertise so that there are others out there who are like me. When I received this ergonomic garden shears, I was delighted. Notwithstanding what I was glad to receive, after using this shear for a month in my vegetable and flower gardens, it I'm not able to cut the leaves in one go, but I'm able to cut the stems with no problem. Buy it. DO NOT buy it. A pair of pruners that had only been used twice or three times broke. It actually broke a piece off of the metal. I got off the hook! It never occurred to me that metal could break like that (the broken off piece is just next to the pruners in the image). In the picture, I placed the twig I tried cutting next to the pruners so you would be able to see that it was not too thick to cut through with the pruners. They say that now it is too late for me to return them, so I guess I will be I have updated I received a refund from the seller after Amazon refused to pay.
