In fact, I was hoping I had discovered a brand I could expand my tool collection with at a discount. The box was not quite what I expected, but I didn't purchase it due to it. As I inspected them, the steel looked good, they were extremely sharp, and the movement was very smooth. Sadly, when attempting to explain the value of these cutters to a friend, I ran my finger over the pairs of blades and they were not aligned. As soon as they got out of the box, they went back in. While I am not certain how frequent imperfect tools are for this company since it received rave reviews on multiple sites, I am unlikely to learn any more since I did not give them a second chance. My tian stainless cutters cost almost twice what I ordered, and I hope they work, because I really don't want to waste another $70 on them. They are only $20, however, so I imagine they'd work well and withstand a lot of abuse when used by a novice or shared tool.
