Even though this kneeling pad costs a little more, it is well worth the extra money. While weeding, I've used it several times and have found it to be the most comfortable sitting cushion I've ever used. There is absolutely no way that my back and hips are going to like the sidewalk or ground. The thickness of this cushion is notably greater than that of most kneelers. On the knees, those who are able to kneel will find that they feel more comfortable. Durable yet lightweight, the pad is the perfect travel companion. The cushion is very nicely made, but it emits an extremely strong smell of chemicals. Even after a month of keeping it outside in order to air it out, the chemical odor is still too strong to use the cushion inside.

I don't feel any pain in my knees. The yoga mat and other floor exercises that you can do on it are the best for me. It used to hurt so much for my knees that I couldn't do floor work. With my yoga now, I'm able to relax.
